This was exactly what is in the description. The balcony was perfect for 2, cozy if you had 4. View was AWESOME, not a Mile from the beach..STEPS from the beach! We saw dolphins our first morning from the balcony! The place had beach chairs, coolers, toys if you need for the beach. Walk across the street to The boardwalk in the fishing village with shops, restaurants, breakfast. Everyone was very friendly here that we met. The pool was refreshing and clean. Tiki huts to sit under around the pool area that you can watch the beach and ocean. Great place to stay and a beautiful beach!

The place was clean and everything as the pictures portrayed. The biggest perk for us was how close and easy access the beach was. And the fact that it's only a three-story building meant the beach was not completely overrun and crowded as with some beaches that are in front of a high-rise building. The contact less check-in was pretty easy and straightforward. There were plenty of things in the unit such as beach chairs and things like that so that we did not have to rent those or buy those. It was just a wonderful stay and again the location was great with pretty private balcony literally right on the beach.

The location and views were great. I appreciated sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins every morning. Having beach chairs available was a wonderful surprise!!! Overall the place is fine however some upgrades could be done to enhance a persons stay. There is a distinct smell when you walk in and the shower had great pressure but the streams of water were not all working. The living room furniture had stains and the bedroom light would randomly turn on and I could not figure out what some of the light switches did! I would stay here again just because of the location

Condo was very quaint. It’s the perfect location across the street from John’s Pass. Loved Gulf view and balcony was never in direct sun.

Perfect location

We had a fantastic time here. Location is perfect for the easy beach access, and for John’s pass. The pool was a hit for the kids. Size of the room was great for our family of 4. Only down fall was the cleanliness. Condo needs a good deep cleaning. But all we did was sleep there. We would stay here again.

My oldest granddaughter (20) wanted a getaway with just the two of us. Nice and quiet, she said.

We had an excellent stay. The location was perfect and right across from John's Pass. Condo was clean with ample supplies. The balcony was beachfront so we could enjoy the beautiful sunsets. We would definitely stay again and would also use TRS for reservation services.

We enjoyed it! Lady at the office was very friendly. Loved the location. The balcony and under cover parking was really nice. Property was well maintained and the maintenance staff were friendly and kept everything looking good.
