Profitez du temps dans cette belle maison face au lac. Cinq chambres, 4 salles de bains 1/2 beaucoup d'espace pour étaler. Profitez belle lac Clark Hill, ou également connu comme le lac Thurman tout en restant dans le confort. Ceci est un lac 70000 acres avec environ 1.200 miles de littoral. Son un endroit merveilleux pour toutes sortes de sports nautiques en été. À l'automne, vous sentez que vous êtes dans les montagnes avec toutes les couleurs de l'automne. Sur les nuits plus fraîches se blottir autour de la fosse de feu pour un rôti de guimauve, ou raconter des histoires autour du feu. Notre maison a un double quai de Decker privé, en eau profonde pour votre plaisir. Clarks Hill Lake est grouillant de la faune, que ce soit le poisson, le cerf, ou les oiseaux.
Ceci est la maison idéale pour des vacances en famille, à des groupes de pêche, pour les oiseaux de neige à la recherche d'un climat plus chaud en hiver. Nous avons une véranda avec vue sur le lac, qui est un endroit merveilleux pour se réunir pour un repas ou pour profiter de votre dernier roman. Notre sous-sol comprend une table de billard, une table de ping-pong, un espace bar et un confort maximal pour regarder vos émissions de télévision et vos films préférés.

A great large group rental

This house was perfect to accommodate a large group, and has everything you'll need to be comfortable. In a very quiet area and, and just a short 15 minute drive to nearby grocery/restaurants if needed

Absolutely wonderful property

Amazing location, very clean property. Fully stocked, large amount of bedding, blankets, towels, etc. Great communication with property manager with timely responses. Easy check in/out. Amazing house with tons of room, huge size bedrooms. My entire family (two adults, two children) stayed in one of the master bedrooms with plenty of room to spare. Would definitely rent again.

Group mountain bike trip

The house was beautiful and nicely decorated. The kitchen was modern and well equipped. The bedrooms were large with comfortable. Four showers comes in handy when you have a large group. Although we were there primarily to mountain bike it was nice to go for a swim after a hot ride. The owner had kayaks and floats available to use in the lake just a few yards from the house. There was also a beautiful dock. We had a great time.

Perfect house for our large family for Masters week!

We had a wonderful time in this large house with room for all. Absolutely loved the large open kitchen dining and living room with the screened in porch opening to the area. Enough bathrooms to make getting ready to leave for the Masters tournament in the morning a breeze. Highly recommend for any large group for any occasion!! Wasn’t sure about the distance to the golf course but was not an issue at all, and after being around the crowds all day was amazingly quiet and peaceful!

Perfect Masters Housing for Large Group!

We traveled to the area for my husband's 40th birthday trip to the Masters. We had friends and family joining us and we were able to accommodate the large group with no problem. The bedroom sizes were generous, and the common areas were perfect for us to hang out, cook dinner, and relax. The open floor plan is great for a large group. The main concern we had going in was the commute to Augusta on the days we were going to the course. It was a total non-issue. Even on the heaviest traffic days, it only took us 30 minutes. Once you were back to the house at night, it was a perfect place to unwind. Be sure to stock up on whatever groceries/items you need prior to arrival. It's in a remote area and there isn't a grocery store close by. Would absolutely recommend the location if you're going to the Masters...or even if you're just looking for a lake getaway. Great property!

Wonderful, comfortable home on the Lake!

This house was perfect for our extended family's comfort and convenience to attend our daughter's wedding. We were there for the week going back and forth to the venue at The Barn at Sanderlyn Horse Farm. It was quiet, clean and beautiful. Thank you Betty, for your kind hospitality. It was convenient to the airport and we had family from Kansas, Arizona and Washington State. We hope to have them back and would love to stay there again🌹

Family Gathering

Just spent 3 wonderful days at this location. There were 15 of us; children and grandchildren. The home was very nice and had a well equipped kitchen with ample room to set a large group of people both inside the house and on the screened porch. The floating dock provided a lot of fun the kids and grown-ups as well. We were able to have our local family for Martinez/Evans join us during the day. Would definitely stay at this location again. The owners were great to work with from making the reservation to the end of our stay.

Very nice & affordable

There were 11 of us that stayed there for a week & we had a great time ! We had family in Evans about 20 mins from the rental which was awesome. Very nice home & everyone enjoyed the screened in deck. The owners were so awesome and made sure we were taken care of. What a spacious, affordable, beautiful find!

Three generations of my family just spent the Thanksgiving holiday in this wonderful find! The house is huge and perfect for a large crowd. Our teenagers enjoyed the basement's den, bunk room, and pool table while the adults enjoyed the main floor's sitting area and spacious kitchen. The beds were very comfortable; bathrooms were spacious and up-to-date; kitchen was well-furnished and spacious; there were plenty of tvs, linens, towels, chairs, etc. Heat worked great and the owner was very, very responsive. It's located in a rural but pretty area and anything you want is about 30 minutes away in Evans, GA. We often rent through VRBO and were so delighted with this house! It's quite a deal.

Wonderful vacation with family

This house was all that we expected it to be. The most comfortable beds of any rental we have ever had. Rooms are very spacious! Very Clean and the Kitchen is well equipped. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation and it was wonderful to spend quality time with family. The screened in porch was our evening hangout. Our Lake Weekend

Our weekend at the lake is always a much anticipated one and this house made us love it that much more. From the very moment we entered it I knew I had chosen very well. This is by far the cleanest and best kept house I have ever rented! We were all very pleased and loved vacationing in the house about as much as playing on the lake. Thank you so much for renting this beautiful home and we definitely will want to rent it again next year, matter of fact please go ahead and put us down for the same time next year. Thank you again!
