The large flat screen TV is perfect to enjoy any college football games or late night movies. The adjacent dining area seats 4. The dining area is located perfectly to interact with anyone in the kitchen, living area, or the balcony. The kitchen is equipped with full sized appliances and all the cookware and dishes need to cook up a quick bite before heading to one of the five complex pools downstairs.

The bedroom offers a Queen sized bed, the condo to sleep 4 comfortably. The bathroom offers a combination tub/shower and a vanity sink area.

This condo is located on the second floor (no elevator, just stairs) and overlooks one of the community pools and the golf course.

Sandpiper Cove has plenty of amenities throughout the complex. Tennis courts, a 9-hole 3 par golf course, BBQ grills, five swimming pools, and coin laundry are all available for your use during your stay. The private Sandpiper Cove beach is located about a 10-12 minute walk away or there is parking on the beachside; spots do fill up quickly during the summer.
