Direct Oceanfront Luxury Condo - À quelques pas de la plage!

Sanibel Unit 203 est une unité en bord de mer de 2200 pieds carrés avec accès direct à la plage. Elle est adjacente à une plage immaculée, interdite à la circulation, ce qui en fait l’un des condos les plus agréables et les plus recherchés de la région de Daytona Beach. Notre unité comprend 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain complètes, une salle supplémentaire idéale pour les enfants, une piscine chauffée, un bain à remous, un centre de remise en forme, une salle communautaire et une table de billard! Le Sanibel Condominium est situé au sud du pont Dunlawton à Daytona Beach Shores, une zone sûre, calme et sécurisée, à l'écart des foules mais à proximité des meilleurs restaurants de la côte est.

Pendant votre séjour, vous trouverez des équipements de luxe dans l'unité, tels que des comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine et la salle de bain, des télévisions à écran plat dans le salon et toutes les chambres, de grands placards dans toutes les chambres, une connexion Internet sans fil gratuite, une grande buanderie avec laveuse à chargement frontal et sécheuse. De plus, le linge de maison est inclus pour plus de commodité dans toutes les chambres et les salles de bain.

This property is all that is in the listing and more. It was beautiful, clean and well appointed. We will definitely book again. Mike and Tina were accommodating enough to let us get in a little early since we arrived in Daytona sooner than 4.

A Perfect Stay

Property had been newly carpeted & painted and was beautifully furnished. A huge plus on the pool area was that there was an extension on the pool deck beyond the building so that you could get sun on the deck the majority of the day. With most of the condos in Daytona Beach, the building is shading the pool area by right after lunch time. Unit was well furnished other than needing a few more pieces of silverware, which the owner said he would take care of, once I pointed out to him. We'd love to go back, but our dates are not available next year. Owners are also very responsive and easy to reach.

Awesome condo, a few small mentions...

The condo was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The view was amazing as well as the ease to get to the beach. I spent quite a bit of time on the beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean! Unfortunately the pool was still under construction. The owner told me this when he contacted me with the check-in information so it was not a surprise. The only thing that could have potentially messed up our vacation was the fact that the condo association only allows 2 vehicles per unit. This was not clearly communicated until we were on our way! We had 4(!) cars since there were 4 couples coming from different locations. I wish I had known this when I was reading the listing originally. Fortunately, since we went during a quiet week, there were extra parking spots available. I'm not sure what we would have done if it had been full!! It definitely could have put a big damper on our vacation. A couple of other smallish things...it seemed like many of the bathroom exhaust fans were not working and it would have been nice to have some drapes or shades for the living room. The sun coming in in the morning was awesome but it did heat the living room up. Also, a bonus...there were 2 coffee pots provided (even though the posting said just the Keurig). The bonus "traditional" coffee pot was handy since we had so many coffee drinkers. Overall it was a great place and we'd return again without reservation (but more aware of the potential parking issue.)

Amazing Property

First impressions walking into the condo was WOW! And every day just reinforced the feeling. Beautifully decorated but with an eye to making guests comfortable and every need met. Watch out!

After a year of COVID we were excited to be in warm weather and relax. The week we chose was great because spring break was over and there were very few guests., overall we had a nice time but I was hit with a 230 . 00 bill for a broken bed frame that I assure you I did not break . There was no drinking or wild parties and I am a 62 year old woman that stayed in the room so I was very surprised to hear there was damage,. I have no recourse on fighting these charges. I would not rent from them again.

We are dedicated to providing a positive travel experience for all guests in the condo. This unit was utilized and inspected by the owners prior to your arrival. After your checkout, it was discovered the master bed was broken and unsafe for upcoming guests. $230 was deducted from your deposit as this was the cost for emergency repairs to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all future guests.

We rented this property for two weeks. The place was beautiful and very clean. A lot of amenities, fully equipped kitchen. A lot of space. Four bedrooms with flat screen TVs in each room. Three bathrooms. Parking space in garage where you will find the luggage carts. And spaces available out front in parking area.

Great home away from home

Any time you rent a place, you never know what to expect until you get there. Some places good, some so-so. This Condo was above our expectations. Pictures were helpful, but the condo itself was beautiful, much better than the pictures. It was very comfortable, and a great place to spend Christmas with the family. Rooms, bathrooms, closets, balcony were spacious, Loved, Loved, Loved it here. And would definitely rent it again. Thank you for letting us enjoy your condo, the Lewis family
