This unit is a spectacular North Forest Beach property. 6 Gannet Street is a fully renovated beach home just a block and half from the Atlantic Ocean. This house is split into 2 almost identical units. This unit is the upstairs property and includes 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, a fully stocked kitchen, and a beautiful balcony out back with a gas grill and outdoor dining. This home features an open concept living space with brand new everything, the kitchen is open to the living room, with a breakfast bar and small dining table. The Master bedroom features a King bed and ensuite bath. The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds, and the 3rd bedroom has a twin bed with a pull out twin trundle as well. The 2 additional bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. The property comes with 4 free Adult Bicycles and 4 Backpack Beach Chairs to make your trips to the beach even faster.

This home is in a perfect location for a family vacation. You are at the beach in minutes!!! You can stroll or bike down to Coligny Plaza and experience a wide array of restaurants, shops and entertainment. Go to the park and let the kids play in the fountains!!! There is something for everyone and every age to enjoy!!!

6B Gannet St. may be rented as well in which case you will have the entire home. A 10% discount is offered if you rent both units as well.

Perfect Getaway
We loved the convenient location that was close to plenty of things to do, but still quiet and relaxing. Booking, check-in, and check-out were all easy and communication was great. The space was clean and well-stocked, beds were comfy, and we enjoyed watching movies on the big screen TVs on a couple of days when we had rainy weather. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and felt it was a really good value too.

Excellent value, and close to everything!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely place to stay in a perfect location! We stayed in the upstairs unit of the duplex, and we were very impressed with the style and comfort of the unit. The rental came with wonderful extras, like four maintained bicycles that were great for riding on the beach and around town. Groceries, restaurants, conveniences -- and of course the beach -- were right nearby. One note, the two units are not totally soundproofed from each other, and though the vacationers downstairs were not being rude at all, their conversations did keep some of us up at night. If anyone in your crew is a light sleeper, this might not be the place for you. Other than that one detail, this rental is an amazing value and highly recommended.

Our Anniversary Trip
This property was cozy,clean, the atmosphere was even clean. We had everything we needed. The beds were spectacular with soft comfort. We all slept like a baby. The bikes was a joy, and fun to ride. The Beach was just around the corner..Everything was so perfect, We didnt have to call the owner's for anything. They had everything covered, and made it easy for us to enjoy our stay.We will definitely come back again to stay.Thank you so much for making our wedding anniversary so cozy, and satisfying.

Blue Theories
This upper floor 3 bedroom was a dream fit for me and my kids for vacation. Has 4 bikes and 4 beach chairs for a brief ride to the beach or to the local shops. Loved it.
