Great location for golf trip with the guys. Access to the pool table and a huge TV are great.However some of the fixtures needs to be addressed: master toilet is wobbly and continues to run after flushing, master sink was clogged, and kitchen sink had some tust stains

Lovely and spacious getaway

The condo is clean, spacious, and super convenient to the pool! We loved watching the turtles, birds, and boats on the lake from the two decks. Plenty of space for our group. We would definitely stay again!

Condo was very clean and well located for our needs. No pool use as it was December. No contact with owner. Check in was simple with provided instructions. Only issue was wi-fi was acting up and down much of the time. Overall a nice place that we would book again if we’re in the area.

It was a great time. There was plenty of room for everyone. The location was good. Only 20 minutes from the Harley Davidson shop. 30 minutes from Bagnell Dam, which is where the bike rally was.

Not easily handicapped accessible. Unit is a very long distance from elevator. Several items broken (towel racks pulled out of wall, fan speed, lightbulbs out, remote batteries, water stains, etc). All easy “fixes” but uncared for. No coffee in unit and drip coffeemaker did not work—needs to be cleaned. Unable to turn on lights in one of the bedrooms when we arrived— emailed manager but did not get a response until the next day. Fortunately we discovered the light switch for that room was in a different room. Just a number of “annoyances” that could have been easily fixed in advance! Also, we had 3 handicapped adults in our group so if we had known how challenging mobility would be, we would definitely not have rented this unit.

Not clean

This property was quite dirty. One of the toilets looked like ot hadnt been scrubbed for quite some time, dishes in cabinets including cups and pans were disgusting and had food in them, the oven mitts were covered in fried food, living room stains on carpets, clumps of hair found in downstairs bathroom and a dried contact on the floor, and clumps of hair found in the bedroom. This property would have been oustanding had the place been clean.

Kevin and his team were very committed to our satisfaction. The condo proximity was perfect as just maybe 25-30 paces from the deck to pool entry. Huge deck in the pool area. So convenient and comfy and accommodating for our 10 children and grand children. The lake view was amazing off the deck. Wake up early for the sunrise. So beautiful 10 out of 5 stars…. Thank you

Couldn't have asked for a better stay at the Lake of the Ozarks. Being able to walk right out to the pool from our condo was amazing, and the location was so close to the ball fields. The condo was the perfect size for our big family! The host was fantastic and kept in perfect communication with us all weekend. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a hassle-free, great trip!
