Great family vacation

We had so much fun swimming, skiing, tubing, fishing, and playing cornhole. The house is great and had plenty of room for our family of 5. The marina is nearby and renting a pontoon was very easy. We look forward to coming back next year.

Home was welcoming and easy to find. We felt tucked away even with close proximity to neighbors. House was huge and has plenty of space for our party of 9.

Wonderful place to stay

This house was a great option for our family. We were visiting for a fishing tournament. Very close to green pond landing. Very clean and cozy with room to park two rigs. Would highly recommend !

Beautiful Get Away Spot

This house was perfect for our friends and family for the holiday get away! We enjoyed the lake each and every day of our stay. The house is spacious. It can definitely have a better cleaning service and more cooking pans in the kitchen but, overall we enjoyed our stay!

Good Lake House

It comes with all the amenities you would need in the kitchen. Very clean. Excellent location on Lake Hartwell. Beautiful Dock and Deck to enjoy time on the water and cookout. Plenty of room for a big party. Would rent again.

Lake trip

Property was great new covered dock housed our boat and had room for our jet skis on the side. Owner let us park both trailers next to the driveway. Back porch was new and could play cornhole at night. Beds were comfy as well

Pictures did not accurately represent the property

We were disappointed with this property. The house was dirty (moldy shower curtains, unwashed glasses, piles of decorative items on top of shelves, dust everywhere, smelled like smoke). They are making improvements which was evident with the nice new deck, but the picture made it look better than it was. The location was convenient to Clemson, which was nice. The linens and towels were clean.

We're committed to making every guest's stay enjoyable, and we're very sorry to hear the home was not clean upon arrival and impacted your stay. We have addressed your concerns with our cleaning crew about the home not being guest-ready before check-in so this issue does not affect future guests. -We are very sorry about your experience with the dust. We'd like to clarify that the dryer vent had holes in it that were causing the lint to be blown back into the house, causing excessive dust - the issue has been fixed and it is working properly to ensure our high standards are being met and exceeded -We encourage guests to reach out to us while they are in residence with any issues so that we can address any concerns quickly for a most comfortable stay. We appreciate your feedback, and we are confident that future guests will continue to enjoy five-star stays here!

Spacious Property

We stayed here for a Clemson football weekend. Was about a 30 minute drive from campus. The property is very spacious and the dock is very nice. Lots of parking available and yard is large & private. There were plenty of nice clean towels for bathing and some toiletries available in case you forgot any. There were two coffee makers and even some k-cups available in case we forgot some. There was plenty of room for our group to spread out & beds were comfy. The cleanliness was not the best, but also not the worst. The house had a musty smell when we first arrived. This either improved from running the AC at a lower temp, or we just got used to it. It’s typical for a house that may not be used often. I did have to wipe down appliances when we arrived & replaced the old kitchen sponge (& left some behind for the next guest). Some (dead) bugs noted on the floors and in corners. House could use a good dusting & vacuum between guests with attention paid to corners. There were no kitchen trash bags but ample trash cans in the garage (with bags). I would have expected the house to have these supplies to be readily available & the house cleaned well between uses for this price point. Overall, our stay was nice and the lake is beautiful. We would consider this property again in the future.

Bass Fisherman! Boat Ramp is a NO GO.

House is 5 stars. Perfect for large family. Perfect location, dock is off main lake if you wanna leave boat in overnight. Electricity at dock. BOAT RAMP on other hand is for canoes or kayaks. Can’t put a bass boat in the boat ramp unless you move stuff out garage, & you have a lift kit on ya trailer bc of the drop off coming out back of garage. Skinny driveway for large/long boat.

Great Lake Side Retreat

Beautiful property on a quiet cove. Spacious enough for a large group. Wonderful deck for dining outside and great dock and boat ramp for swimming, boating and just relaxing. Perfect for our extended family lake retreat!

Family Christmas

Very comfortable for a family get together. Each family had their own room. The additional sunroom area allowed plenty of space with the living area to hang out and dine together. Very easy drive into Anderson.

Great location, beautiful outdoor space!

We had a group with a mix of adults and teens. The space and set up worked perfectly for sleeping and hanging out. The dock and lakeshore were heavily used and a perfect spot to enjoy the days and evenings. The property owner was very responsive and even connected us to a local kayak place that delivered kayaks for our stay.

Nice quiet location on Hartwell

We enjoyed our stay very much. From adults to toddlers, there was plenty of room for everyone. The layout of the house is an ideal single story. Getting to the dock was easy and the area around was very quiet (minimal boat noise).

Weekend Reunion

Perfect weekend getaway right on the water. Proposed to my fiance at the point just steps from the back porch. Great place to grill out play cornhole and enjoy time with family. Would definitely come back one day.
