Venez profiter de cette maison rĂ©novĂ©e et privĂ©e! Cette maison est situĂ©e au centre avec un accĂšs facile aux plages, restaurants et magasins. L'espace climatisĂ© est de 1281 piÂČ (119 mÂČ), la superficie totale de la maison est de 2148 piÂČ (200 mÂČ); nous avons un garage surdimensionnĂ©, une zone couverte extĂ©rieure et un grand solarium exposĂ© sud si l'ombre n'est pas votre truc.

Avec un 2-3 minutes en voiture, vous pouvez rejoindre le ferry de South Venice (disponible uniquement pour cette communauté) qui vous mÚnera à une belle plage privée! Carte de ferry disponible pour nos clients sans frais supplémentaires.

La maison dispose d'une toute nouvelle piscine exposée au sud, chauffée, d'eau salée (douce pour votre peau). Belle terrasse pavée et spécieuse avec une clÎture d'écran nouvellement installée couvrant toute la zone.

La cuisine est moderne et entiÚrement équipée si vous décidez de rester et de préparer un repas. La chambre principale a un lit king size confortable avec une entrée directe sur la terrasse / piscine. La deuxiÚme chambre a un lit king size et cette chambre a également une porte coulissante qui permet une entrée directe dans la piscine / terrasse! Le salon a un canapé-lit queen qui se transforme en un lit double.

Un garage surdimensionné avec porte automatique gardera votre voiture en sécurité, au sec et au frais.

Great place! Close to beaches.

A great place for our one month visit to Venice. The pool was warm, beaches 10 minutes away, beds comfortable and there was plenty of room in the newly renovated home. The hosts had all the toys we needed -boogy boards, shark tooth sifters,bikes!

Great place and location

We had a great time in Venice. The owners Chester & Aneta are great, very helpful for whatever you might need. Their home is a great location with a beautiful pool! The beach was wonderful! Everyone enjoyed the ferry ride to the beach, it had so many shells and they found shark teeth too! We highly recommend this vrbo!

We had wonderful time. Hosts were gracious and helpful. Kids loved the pool. Lots to do nearby and Chester is great concierge. Try biking in Shamrock Park and visit beaches along Manasota Key. House was well equipped and quiet offering privacy. We had a blast!!

We loved Casa Coco!

We loved this house! Very clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The layout was perfect for our family. The pool area was very private and offered great options for sitting in or out of the sun. The house is close to beaches and shopping. The owners were very responsive and nice. I totally understand the many five star reviews for this property. I’m very critical and picky when it comes to rental properties, and Casa Coco didn’t disappoint!

Our 3rd Stay at Casa Coco

Fantastic week as always. The house is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. Chester and Aneta are always prompt in replying to questions. Everything possibly needed is provided. The pool and outdoor living area provide a peaceful, relaxing, and private oasis. Manasota Beach is less than a 10 minute drive away. Wonderful place with tremendous owners / hosts!

Winter getaway

Casa Coco was an awesome getaway! After a Minnesota snowstorm canceled our flights, Chester and Aneta were extremely helpful. Going as far as to help us find a flight. We made it two days late, but it was worth it! The house and pool were perfect. After asking for some recommendations for restaurants, the owners suggestions were perfect. Definitely looking forward to coming back and staying at Casa Coco! Thanks for a great vacation!

Lovely vacation home

We very much enjoyed our vacation at CasaCoco. This home is in a quiet neighborhood yet convenient to stores/restaurants and a short drive to several beaches. The home is immaculate and nicely decorated; beds were comfortable and everything you might need is provided. The backyard/pool area is quiet, private and relaxing. Our hosts, Chester and Aneta, were attentive but not intrusive. They went out of their way to mail an item we forgot back to us. We would not hesitate to recommend this home.

Second Stay w/ Casa Coco

This is our second time staying at Casa Coco. We’ve stayed at both properties now and both are amazing. The owners go above and beyond to provide everything you will need. Any issue that may come up will be taken care of immediately and communication is easy. The house is unbelievably clean and the beds were so comfortable. They have provided everything you’ll need for a day at the beach, including four nice beach chairs, an umbrella, wagon and towels. It’s so nice to not have to pack these things. We will always recommend Casa Coco for anyone looking for a relaxing time away.

Venice Get-a-way

Great place to enjoy the water, either beach or pool. And this property provided everything that was needed from beach chairs and toys to pool floats and lounges. The pool and deck area were large and open with lots of room for the whole family. A perfect outdoor living space. The split living plan indoors was great with ample private spaces and an open living area to meet in the middle. All our needs were anticipated leaving us free to enjoy our stay without a care. Furnishings were fresh, modern and super clean. Perfect down to the last detail!

My wife and I along with our two young daughters stayed here during our vacation to Venice. Our first impression was great. The house is clean and nicely decorated - just like the pictures show. The lighting inside and out was very adequate. The pool is heated and very roomy with a screened in patio. Chester and Aneta go to great lengths to make their place look and feel comfortable. Their communication is impeccable and they are two of the most personable people you'll meet. The home's location is minutes from Venice Beach and Venice Avenue. Tamiami Trail is nearby which has several places to eat. You can't go wrong renting this home. It's clean, well decorated, and the owners are top notch!

The place is very good for the price. Clean, cozy, updated and modern, and very relaxing to stay!

My parents are from Chicago looking for retirement home in Sarasota and we rented this place for a week. Not only that it is inexpensive and a great place for summer vacation but the owner made it more inviting to stay. He is welcoming and warm. He reached out to us frequently to make sure we are comfortable and ensured that everything at the house is working properly. I brought my puppy which is very hyper and still teething and although I watched him closely, the puppy still managed to chew some outside furnitures. I offered to pay more than the deposit and Chester was such good hearted and actually felt bad to take my deposit. This people are rare. My parents, my puppy, and I had a great experience staying at this place.

Best vacation rental experience I've ever had!

Aneta and Chester were amazing host. They were quick with communication and very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We took our baby girl on her first trip and Aneta made sure that we had a comfortable stay. She and Chester provided baby gear and toys for us and gave us a huge welcome when we arrived. We ended up checking in early and checking out late and they were really understanding about it. I would recommend them to anyone. My parents came with us on our trip and they had never used Home Away and were skeptical, but Aneta and Chester have made them believers to a new way of vacationing. I honestly have never had such a great vacation rental experience. I wished they had rentals in more locations! I would definitely recommend them. I never give reviews but I had to because our experience was so amazing!!! Please book with them :)

SURPASSED ALL MY EXPECTATIONS!!!

Your beautiful home surpassed all my expectations and your hospitality has been amazing. To begin: I have traveled throughout Florida and Venice is probably the best kept secret. Loved the 5 minute drive to the ocean and many shopping experiences. I've enjoyed the safe neighborhood whether walking my dog or riding the bikes your provided. The salt water pool is pure luxury and the privacy is great. Your crispy-clean home is beautifully decorated, fully equipped and very comfortable. I liked the extra closet space and the convenience of the washer and dryer. The large kitchen was great for entertaining and I liked how it opens up to the pool as does the dining room and both bedrooms. How great is that! Thank you for accommodating my concern for extra locks for child safety--they are perfect. You are absolutely exceptional owners and your rental home has been a wonderful experience in Paradise.

Perfect Gem

We recently returned from our week stay at this beautiful home, as we began our search for our own home in the area. The location was just perfect for us, as everything we needed to look at was within a 15-30 minute drive. Neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The house was immaculate and we just loved the way it was decorated. We had everything we could possibly need for all the comforts of home. It was so nice to come back after a long day of house hunting and relax in the heated pool. Loved the close proximity to Fins at Sharky's on the Pier, downtown Venice and the Venice airport. We spent 2 of our mornings at Stump Pass Beach with friends and that was a very convenient drive also. Chester & Aneta are a pleasure to deal with and communication is top notch. I have rented homes from others that took days to respond and answer questions. Chester & Aneta are very attentive and quick to reply to all messages. We were so sad to leave! Looking forward to another visit, hopefully this fall.

Christmas at Casa Coco

We enjoyed our Christmas at Aneta and Chester’s place two years ago so much that we couldn’t wait to come back! It’s the coziest spot in Venice with a lovely private backyard and heated pool. It’s 9 minutes from the beach, bike trails, parks and playgrounds. We highly recommend Magnolias in Englewood for a special night out.

Great place to stay!

This was the perfect spot for my husband & I to spend our honeymoon. It is within minutes to different beaches, stores & restaurants. We looked forward to swimming in the pool each day. The home is exactly what the pictures portray. Very clean, relaxing and safe. We felt as if we were at home! We were very appreciative of the beach chairs, umbrella, etc provided for our access to exploring different beaches. The owners are great to work with and had good tips/recommendations for the Venice area. We definitely will be back and encourage others to try this place out! It does NOT disappoint.

Perfect home away from home

This house was a perfect place for us to spend Thanksgiving and reflect on how good life can be. Everything from the inside to the outdoor decor is warm and welcoming. Both bedrooms have king sized beds which was not only great for my husband and I but great for my kids who shared the second bedroom. The saltwater pool is heated and very inviting! Aneta and Chester were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed
 even gave us instructions on how to access Fox Sports so we could watch the World Cup! We would love to stay here again in the future!
