Arapaho Cove propose un hébergement à ceux qui recherchent une escapade au bord du lac à quelques minutes du centre-ville de Hot Springs, Arkansas. La cabine offre toutes les commodités de la maison dans un cadre paisible au bord du lac. La destination parfaite pour une escapade d'un week-end, située à seulement 4-5 heures du Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex, d'Oklahoma City / Tulsa et à 1 heure de Little Rock.

Oh what a beautiful property! The decorations were not the popular farmhouse style and were unique and very welcoming and comforting. It was obvious that effort was put into every space! The screened porch was fabulous and the walk to the dock was so pretty! Inside house nice and clean two beds and a sleeper sofa. Third bedroom was detached and could not get into. Outside was full of spiders and cobwebs did not look like it’s been cleaned in a long time. If you get through the spiders the deck was nice and the view was good. For what we needed it worked and would do again. If looking for a vacation spot and planning on spending a good amount of time at the house I would choose a different property one that is cleaner outside and have a few more amenities.

Hi Cody, the detached bedroom is the same code as the main house. The deck is screened on and attached to the home, so few if any insects should get on it. We spray quarterly also to ensure this. I’m uncertain which amenities are missing as the house is fully stocked with everything needed to feel like home.

Beautiful and well maintained home

The house was clean and well maintained. It was a perfect place for a relaxing family getaway. The kids loved the arcade table and playing on the large screened in porch.

Great stay in great location

We loved this property for our family of 5. The new backyard deck is awesome and it being fully screened in is a major plus. It’s a good location for going to either Lake Ouachita or Hamilton and not far from Hot Springs itself. Recommend!

Hillside getaway

If your looking for something right on the water and right outside of hot spring this is your place 3 bedrooms and 2 additional beds this place has it all to where yiu won't have to leave to have fun.

The home was great! It was a secluded, in a beautiful area. A little far from downtown Hot Springs. The separate bedroom was not used because it didn't have a bathroom and I didn't want to have to leave a door unlocked in case my kids needed a restroom in the night. Excellent amenities and everything was provided!

Secluded paradise!

Great place to stay on the lake. It's very private but conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Very clean and cozy. The decor is very inviting. I enjoyed my morning coffee and evening cocktails on the deck. I plan to return in the fall...bet it's even more beautiful when the leaves are changing colors!

Fun and relaxing getaway

This little house was just so lovely. The children enjoyed the cottage and everyone enjoyed the tree house. It was so cutely decorated and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. It was a 30ish minute drive to downtown Hot Springs and the more popular attractions but we also enjoyed just hanging out at the house, fishing off the dock and making smores on the fire pit. Chad was a fast and efficient communicator.

We really enjoyed our 2 day stay at this property! The house was better than pictured, we had everything that we needed to cook our meals and the screened in porch was great as it was a rainy weekend. One couple stayed down the hill in the cottage. It is just beautiful and right on the lake. The other two bedrooms are in the main house. The gourmet coffee is really a nice touch. The young adults had a great time with the game machine and hope that their high score lasts :) We thought that we accidentally left an item and the host was kind enough to let us back in to look. Overall we had just an exceptional time and we would highly recommend this property!

The property is nice & we had a nice stay. Some things were a little tired & I wished there was more adequate lighting throughout the house. Hard to cook in ambience lighting.

Nice place to visit Hot Springs

Nice comfortable home. Nicely decorated and great views of the water. We appreciated how well the house was stocked with the basic necessities. It was very comfortable and well suited for the whole family to rest and have fun. We all had fun playing the arcade game. The host was very responsive to all of our questions. The only drawbacks are it’s 30 minutes from Hot Springs, and not a great swimming spot.

Thank you for the review. Yes we are about 20 miles from downtown. The swimming has never been an issue. We always swim off the dock and so do many guests. I only advised you not to dive because you cannot see the bottom or any obstructions.

The place was extremely clean, comfortable and beautiful! The host Chad was very responsive, and it is truly a home away from home.We loved the lake view and spent much time on the screened in porch. I loved listening to the birds & crickets and seeing the squirrels. The view was so great! I was pleasantly surprised by all the great touches in the house & really cool, nice decor. Everything one might need in the kitchen was also provided. The beds were comfortable as well! Also the balcony was awesome off the bedroom. Highly recommend!!

So relaxing!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Plenty of room and nearly every detail or need is already thoughtfully provided. Adults loved the porches, kids loved the vintage video game, and we all loved the swimming and fishing dock. A little dark in the kitchen and living areas for cooking and reading but it didn’t stop us from having a wonderful, relaxing weekend. Location is a little farther out but this proved to be a plus as we didn’t want to leave and go back and forth to Hot Springs a lot anyway - we came to chill and this house was perfect!

Family Get-away

We all had a great time! The lakehouse is beautiful and well kept. Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials. The vintage arcade game was a big hit! Swimming, fishing, kayaking, & fire pit on/from the dock was wonderful. Thank you, Chad! 😃

Hôte : Chad Arnouville

Chad and Jennifer Arnouville were born and raised in Louisiana and met while attending college. They were married in Fort Worth, Texas in 2005, where they moved so Jennifer could attend medical school and begin their careers.

They still reside in Fort Worth today with their two children, Claire and Isaac, and the family dog, Ollie.

The Arnouvilles purchased Arapaho Cove in 2016 as a weekend retreat from a busy life in the city.

We enjoyed visiting Hot Springs for years. We've spent time camping on Lake Hamilton and Lake Catherine. We had been searching for a vacation home for a couple of years in Hot Springs when the cabin came on the market and we thought it was perfect.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The lakehouse has a firepit with adirondack style chairs sitting out on the 40 foot swim deck. Sit and enjoy your favorite beverage underneath one of the covered decks and surrounding twinkle lights. Take a dip in the quiet cove that has water year round.
