14 Days advance booking normally required for Association approval
Lease application to be completed along with payment of the $100.00
No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit
No Pets 'Strictly enforced by the Condo Association'
No Parties.
No Trailers
Check-in is after 4 pm
Check-out is before 10 am
In-unit washer and dryer
WIFI, internet, and cable too.
One assigned parking space.
Belle Harbor has a beautiful pool and pool deck, a jacuzzi, poolside community BBQ grills, large exercise room with a harbor view, and separate menâs and womenâs saunas. The clubhouse is next to the pool and has shaded tables as well as fireplaces.
Belle Harbor has 24-hour gated and manned security.
Belle Harbor is conveniently located across the street from the Florida Beach
