Our newly renovated home is situated perfectly surrounded by all Warburton has to offer. After all who doesn't want to stay in style and comfort whilst surrounded by nature. The River is a stones throw away, Redwood Forest is just 5 minutes up the road and the rolling mountains can be viewed from the back porch whilst listening to the kookaburras in the trees.
The perfect family getaway with 2 kitchens, 2 living areas and an abundance of space for the whole family to sprawl out in comfort.
Our home is spacious spilling over 2 levels. Comprising of 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living areas.
Perfect for couples, families with children, girls trips or business getaways.
Looking like a cosy country cottage on the outside yet stepping into a modern interior that optimises each space.
Perfect for everyone to find their own little area to call their own. Whether it be sitting on the porch surrounded by the peaceful leafy greens with a coffee, slipping into the bath with a glass of red, finding quiet in our study

Great stay at the house, which was clean and a lovely atmosphere. Multiple bathrooms which was great when travelling in a big group. Would stay again.

Beautiful and relaxing

Had an amazing stay with my family. Was lovely and clean had no problems at all. Beautiful location and such a cozy place to stay. Would 100% recommend to anyone and would love to go again :)

Perfect family home that is private and quiet.

Loved the house everything has been thought about to cater for a big family getaway. Having 2 separate living areas allowed kids the space they needed as well as providing an area for adults. Plenty of space indoors and out. It was great that there was a fire pit which we put to good use. The beds are super comfy and we all slept so well. If u want a family getaway I would highly recommend you stay here. Only 5 mins to redwood forest and 10 mins into town. Daniel the host was very accommodating and very responsive to any questions I had before my stay. Thank you for making this family holiday so enjoyable.

Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. On arrival, the property appeared to have only been partially cleaned, with linen and towels still hanging throughout the living areas, cleaning products and other items left around, and storage area was left open and belongings scattered. Some areas of the floor were also visibly dirty, and I ended up vacuuming them myself. We contacted Daniel, the host, and provided photos.To Daniel's credit, someone came after we raised the issue and did a quick clean-up. However, it was still not ideal, particularly since we were traveling with young children. We expected the property to be fully cleaned and guest-ready before our arrival.The following morning, we also discovered a leak coming from the upstairs bathroom for the remainder of our stay.We did appreciate Daniel providing a two-hour late checkout, which was a positive gesture.Overall, while Daniel did make some effort to address our concerns, the condition of the property on arrival and the bathroom leak made the stay less comfortable than expected. We hope the issues are addressed for future guests.

Wonderful experience

Great property; exactly as per the description. Immaculately clean and near new appliances. Loved the layout of the house and that it had two kitchens. Picturesque location and short drive or even walk into town. Would absolutely stay again.

Nice place to Stay, but bit overpriced

The property was nice, clean and located approximately 5 mins drive from Warburton. House has 2 living & kitchen areas. Bedrooms are decent in size. There was a TV in each living area which was great. There were 2 bathrooms on the ground floor with 1 in upstairs. However, the upstairs bathroom is not practical and not usable. It is way too small to use. You can barely turn inside the bathroom. Couldn't wash the face without hitting the cupboard above the basin. Even though the property have 4 bedrooms, there were only 4 plates. We felt like the property is over priced for what it could offer. Could have given a bit more thought to the overall usability of the property.
