Lucille...with a view,is a stunning Australian cottage overlooking the Yarra River and the gorgeous township of Warburton in the Yarra Valley.



With the Yarra river at your doorstep and the town a quick 1 minute walk over the historic Brisbane bridge, Lucille is perfectly situated.



Avail yourself of the complimentary mountain bikes for a ride on themany bike tracks in the areaor in the warmer months there are a couple of kayaks if you feel like an an adventurous paddle down the Yarra.



If you arent feeling adventurous you can laze around on the deck or the balconies, read a book, play a game or play some records on the vintage Pioneer record player.



Lucille is stylish and chic with beautiful angles and stunning views, whatever you do we are sure you will have a ball at Lucille!

We had a wonderful holiday at Lucille. Loved sitting on the deck listening to the river, the position of the property in town in perfect, easy walk to everything but in a quiet and private spot. The house has everything you could need for a relaxing break, the decor is lovely and the bedding comfortable and luxurious. Di was a responsive host, thank you, we loved every minute of our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lucille. The house is stunning and beautifully furnished, the outlook over the Yarra River is spectacular and it’s all within short walking distance to town.The locals are warm and welcoming and there's plenty of great cafes and boutique stores to enjoy.Thank you Di for sharing Lucille, we'll definitely be back.

What a Gem

This is just a lovely property. Exactly like the pictures, great layout, very clean & tidy, very well equipped. If I have one negative that would be finding the driveway but otherwise it is just great with very helpful hosts

Beautifully presented property. All the amenities supplied. Wonderful views and comfort. The games were a great hit with family. Walking distance to all the shops and eatery’s. Our new go to house when visiting Warburton again. Thank you

Perfect for a group getaway

Lucille is a comfortable and spacious home which is beautifully decorated. We breathed in the serenity from the vantage point on the balconies and listened to singing birds and the soothing sound of the flowing Yarra River below. The coffee machine was a hit and the kitchen is well appointed. We were a party of 6 and there was plenty of room to spread out. Thoroughly enjoyed our time with Lucille.

Absolutely fabulous!

Do yourself a favour and check out Lucille with a View. You will instantly relax as you step into the living space with its enormous couch and views across a valley of green, but then you’ll have to busy yourself exploring the various rooms with their stunning wallpaper and stylish furniture. And don’t miss the upstairs toilet. The kitchen is well stocked with basic supplies and the coffee machine comes with beans ready for grinding. Warburton township is an easy stroll away or you can attempt the climb up Mt. Donna Buang for more of a challenge. Or just stay in and listen to a few classic 80’s records. Either way you won’t be disappointed.

Warm and Wonderful

Lucille with a View is wonderful. The house is immaculate, filled with such interesting curios and overflowing with cosy beds, stuffed armchairs with fluffy rugs and cushions everywhere. We visited in May when the weather was cool but sunny and the autumnal colours were extraordinary. Lucille is a short walk over the flowing Yarra into town where you’ll find everything you need and more. We can’t recommend Lucille highly enough and have booked our return visit.

Stunningly beautiful

“Lucille” was the most beautiful, stunning and gorgeous home. The home easily accommodated everyone so easily with different living zones and gorgeous outdoor spaces. Everything is beautifully decorated and extremely well thought out in terms of functionality and amenities. The location to town and proximity to walking tracks and the river was perfect - a stones through to everything. We loved our stay and couldn’t recommend the home highly enough.

Gorgeous home in amazing location

We stayed at Lucille for a girls weekend and we are so pleased we chose this home. It is located overlooking the Yarra River and only a couple of minutes walk into the village. It has all the facilitites we wanted and needed. Well equipped kitchen. Wonderfully decorated. Amazing views. The bedrooms are great (all at least a queen). I was able to lie in bed and listen to the river. We sat outside on the first evening and had a cheese board and wine looking out at the gorgeous tranquil gardens. We walked to La La Falls, walked along the river. Walked to the pub for dinner which was lovely and very nicely priced. Lovely little shops to browse through. Plenty of room to park - we had 3 cars. Took us a little while to find the driveway but we eventually found it. Di was a great host, gave us a bottle of red as a welcome gift and very quick to respond when we contacted her. They have obviously spent a lot of time getting this place perfect for their guests. Really could not recommend this amazing home highly enough. We will be back. Thank you!
