Super location, loads of stuff in the kitchen for easy meal prep, comfy accommodations. Beds are great! Greatly enjoyed our stay, plus communication with Becky was easy and quick.

Same day host change our stay on different units, last minute microwave not working.new apartment older furniture and appliances, we check late at night and was no toilet paper neither of the bathrooms , poor cleaning , corners with dust , old sheets with hair in the bed, next day we move the the apartment that I rented, was better. But the whole first experience make me feel no coming back because of the poor preparation and prevention.

It was beautiful stay! The condo was awesome, it had toys for my son and a beach tent and chairs. Everything you need in the kitchen! It was cozy and loved the veiw! Awesome pool and access to the beach! Not far at all from anything. We did have one encounter with a rude neighbor who got an attitude with my fiancée on the first night about him "not being able to stay and she was going to call the cops on him" but the rest of the neighbors were very friendly and kind. I recommend this stay especially if you have kids it is very kid friendly. It was very nice of the ladies to let us drop things off before drop off time and hang out in the pool. I would definally stay again.

The condo smelled musty and dead bugs on the floor. The couch smelled like it had been sprayed to cover up the musty smell. The kitchen was well equipped, but the bed coverings had some stains on them. The beach area was horrific smelling with flies and rotting seaweed that cause sinus problems with family members. The pool was fairly clear but had sand at the bottom. The construction was constant all day everyday with jack hammers and saws running. The pool at the high-rise with construction going on next door was serviced by a pool service and clearly being taken care of while the pool at the condo was never serviced during the week. Daytona was a BIG disappointment over all with construction going on daily and the beach covered in rotting smelling seaweed.

Family vacation

The location is good & access to the beach was excellent. The cleanliness of the property was poor. The handle to the door going into the condominium. The metal was flaking off very dangerous when you turn the handle to not get metal embedded in your hand. The ceiling fans had an inch worth of dust on them. There was a ball of hair in the bathroom sink. I had to dig out myself. The bathtubs porcelain had seen better days, which made it look very dirty. The laundry facility only had one working washer the other one was broken. The pillows were very flat and we were not provided with extra pillows, and it was lacking extra blankets. The couch was very scratchy, and there were stains on the master bedroom comforter. The living room light and fan kept coming on every few minutes, I think there is some serious electrical issues in this condominium. The lamp to the second bedroom could not be turned on and off because of a broken switch we had to continue to unplug it and plug it back in when we wanted to use the lamp. All in all the location was great and access to the beach was great, but the condominium needs to be seriously updated and cleaned by professional

We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home- The cleaning crew has been directed to perform a deep clean, focusing on all the issues mentioned, as your experience was not up to our standards- The door handle finish flaking off is being addressed immediately- The fan in the living room is on a switch, and if turned off with the remote, it may turn back on due to interference with a neighboring fan's remote. Using the wall switch should prevent this issue, and we are seeking a more permanent solutionThanks for taking the time to leave your review. We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
