Good experience for 1 day stay. We'd like to share that this house is somewhat tilted and restroom doors did not close fully unless you force it.Once of the lamps were out of battery, and TV was slow to load football game.

We really enjoyed staying here. The charm of the house made our stay even more enjoyable. The house was clean and had everything that we could ever need. The main street was withing walking distance, which we really loved. Our first day there, we saw deer beyond the back fence!

Girls Trip

Location was good, the house was cute but interior lighting was not great. The main entrance, off of the porch, opened straight into a bedroom that had a partial glass panel door. The door had no covering or blind on it, meaning that anyone who came to the door, could see right in The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed watching the deer in the morning.

Excellent location

Cute old farmhouse-type accommodations with all the quirks that go along with it! Beautifully decorated for Christmas and the free bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Location was excellent
could walk to most everything.Only suggestions for improvement: because the front door opens right into a bedroom, curtains over the glass on the door would be appreciated!

Historic, convenient, comfortable

The house itself is old, compact, and conveniently located. It has been updated enough to be very comfortable and has all the supplies we could need. I wished there was a written history of the house and the changes it had been through and the people who lived there originally. There is no fan in the bathroom, so it would’ve been nice to be able to open the window, but that was our only complaint, and that’s minor

Daughters Engagement Weekend

Nice home for my wife and me. Enjoyed front porch for our morning coffee. Beds very comfortable. With only one bathroom, 4 adults would be complicated, but great for a couple or family with small children

Great location

This property was perfect for our mother/daughter trip. The house is small and just right for two people, but if you have more in your group seating in common areas will be tight. The location is beautiful. We saw deer in the backyard in the mornings and evenings. It’s a short walk to the Main Street.

Cute Home

Wonderfully decorated cute little home, perfect for our visit to Fredericksburg! It was a short 2 blocks to Main Street with shops and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and comfy couch and beds. Excellent value for the price!

40th birthday

House was great location, and the beds were super comfortable. That said, there were only two rolls of toilet paper for 4 people and 3 nights. There is no dishwater and no CLEAN sponges to use to wash dishes. Need additional seating in the living room, preferably with a coffee table.

Great Girls Trip

Perfect for a short getaway

Spent a couple of days in Fredericksburg. Perfect size for my husband, my adult daughter and me. Enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. It was clean and as advertised.
