Surrounded by towering trees and looking out to snow-peaked mountains, the landscape will take your breath away. The expansive windows throughout the home bring a sense of the outdoors inside and provide views of the scenic mountain range.

The open concept flows freely into the fully-equipped kitchen and large deck, creating a perfect space for socializing and whipping up a home-cooked meal. The separate family room/media room downstairs gives your whole group a place to relax and enjoy.

From this home's location, you're ideally situated to explore all the best the Rocky Mountains have to offer. Colorado is an all-season playground and unbeatable destination for outdoor adventurers.

In the summer, visitors can hike, and bike scenic mountain trails, or drive to Turquoise Lake for boating and fishing! For winter recreation, Ski Cooper is about 10 minutes away, Copper Mountain is just 25 miles, Vail is 35.5 miles and Breckenridge is just 42.2 miles from the home. These premier mountain resorts offer word class skiing in the winter and plenty of summer, spring, and fall activities for the entire family to enjoy, from zip lines to horseback rides.

The charming town of Leadville is a mere 3.5 miles from the home. Grab a slice at High Mountain Pies, have a cold one at our local brewery, or stock up on mountain apparel at the many retail stores!

Situated in one of Lake County's most exclusive neighborhoods, enjoy breathtaking mountain range views, private access to the east fork of the Arkansas River plus 154 acres of conserved space.

Beautiful home in the mountains and close to Leadville, which is a charming town! We enjoyed so much about this place: great kitchen, ping pong & pool table, hot tub, mountain views, lovely decor inside, and proximity to town. It was wonderful. The only thing we'd offer to future guests to consider is that there are a lot of stairs, and for older guests at this elevation, stairs can be extra challenging.

Great house for mountain escape. Other than a little hiking, we just stayed and hung out at the house the whole time. The kitchen was the best supplied of any we have ever stayed at, especially for a large crowd. We are usually washing after each meal to have enough to use for the next meal. This kitchen had plenty of dishes and had cookware for larger crowds. There was plenty to do and lots of space. Everyone enjoyed the game room and the piano. Weather was beautiful and allowed us plenty of time to relax on the deck and on the hot tub. Property manager was very responsive to any needs. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

The views from this house were stunning! The house had fun decor and everything we needed. It was the perfect place to gather with friends and go on a nature walk nearby or drive into Leadville, ski cooper, or ski copper. We hope to come back again. Thanks for everything!

Absolutely phenomenal place. We’re going to look to reserve this house each time our group goes for our annual ski trip. The game room downstairs has all of the amenities from goldeneye to ping pong. we’ve been to many places in the last 10 years and this is by far the best we’ve stayed, and the hot tub easily accommodated 5 people, perfect end to a long day of snowboarding.Highly recommend.

The kitchen was wonderful. After retiring as a nurse, I did private meals for friends and that kitchen was equipped with everything needed to prepare any meal wanted. Like most families food is a big part of our sharing time together. I prepared a lot of my children’s favorites. Kids loved the hot tub and the basement sports room. We enjoyed the entire cabin. Love the extra fridges.

We had an amazing time at your Vrbo. The home was awesome. We had everything we needed. The only thing we didn’t think about bringing with sugar for coffee but other than that, we had an amazing time. The only other thing was, I said to put the garbage outside in a big barrel and there was no barrel so we weren’t sure what to do with the garbage.

Great mountain getaway!

We stayed here for a few nights after our wedding and the property was definitely big enough for more than just the two of us, but it was a perfect, secluded location for us to enjoy together. Close enough to town, but far enough that you don’t see your neighbors, this beautiful cabin is the ideal location for a mountain getaway. We will definitely consider staying again, maybe with a group of friends next time!

This property is a gorgeous retreat with wooded property and an amazing waterfall! Well furnished and lots of open space for teens including a lower level with pool table and ping pong table. Recommend for any group with teens!
