My husband and I had a great stay! This apartment was perfect for the two of us. It was centrally located to both the Bourne Bridge and everything we planned on doing while on Cape. I would 100% stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet get away.

Labor Day Getaway

Quaint little spot off the beaten path. Quick drive to Monument Beach. Property Owner was only there when we checked in , very nice. Lovely stay, no complaints.

Charming, well-appointed space

Great space to relax, quiet and peaceful. A great couple's retreat. The host maintains a clean, thoughtfully provisioned space in an attached "in-Law" apartment. Local to great spots and convenient to further destinations on the Cape.

Repeat Pleasure

We, a couple around 80, stayed the second time in Finola's charming apartment. We enjoyed the quality of the furnishings, the well equipped kitchen, the roominess which allowed us to entertain friends and family. And Finola's hospitality and her help with any kitchen equipment we asked for. We find the apartment welcoming and komfortable.

RE: Very clean and quiet stay

Our stay was all that was expected and listed. Quiet area and very tranquil setting. Small basement Apt with comfortable bed and only one parking space. Perfect for a couple's getaway. There is no laundry in the apartment but are laundromats are easy to use if needed.

Great location

This place was perfect for my husband and me. We were there 8 nights. It is very close to the canal where we walked every day. It is located in the upper cape but the drive to Provincetown on 6A was enjoyable and not too far. The host was on the property and very responsive to anything we needed and friendly. We feel like we have a new friend in Cape Cod. We would stay there again for sure!

Lovely apartment, very clean and attractively appointed. Kitchen well equipped, with coffee, creamer, and welcome muffins! Host very gracious and accomodating. Bed very comfortable, closet with hangers, living room/dining area quite spacious for one person. Not a walkable area from house, but plenty of walkable places to explore a short distance away. I’ve been coming to the cape almost every summer for 45 years and made new discoveries staying in Bourne.

Awesome place, location and host!

My wife and I loved Fin’s downstairs apartment. It’s roomy, very nicely decorated and furnished with all of the basics we needed. Fin even had two muffins waiting for us. She has a great piece of property, close to the Bourne Bridge and set back from the road, with a beautiful garden. Fin is a kind and experienced host. We would both highly recommend this spot to anyone and will likely be back ourselves!

Absolute wonderful place to stay

Running a busy daycare and having only one week of per year, we needed a relaxing couple of days. This place gave us just that. The description of the apartment is accurate, and the place is clean as can be. Finn added an extra touch by bringing muffins to welcome us. There is enough to do and see around the area and the restaurants offer quality food (we loved Trading Post Lounge, Mahoney's on Main, Mezza Luna and Stomping Grounds Grille). I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of a busy life.

A pleasant home

We, a couple aged 80, spent 9 days in August 2024 in this beautifully appointed, roomy apartment. We Special appreciated cooking and baking in the fully equipped kitchen, the quality of the linen and towels. All the equipment worked, there was a generous supply of coffee, tea, a teapot and muffins.My wife walks on a stick. She had sone problems with the steps down to the apartment and the step up to the bathroom.

The house was everything we expected.Absolutely perfect.The homeowner was very nice and the grounds keeper was a great guy. If you are going to the cape you have to rent this apt,close to everything and very quiet at night very beautiful location. The description on evolve is absolutely correct close to beaches,the pictures of the unit were right on perfect getaway. We already let the homeowner know we will be back next year for a week. We received updates from the evolve team constantly leading up to the vacation was great experience dealing with the evolve team. Do yourself a favor and rent this unit you can’t go wrong.

Too Expensive for What It Really Is

Many differences between the marketing listing and the actual property. "Quaint" it ain't. It's a dank basement apartment, poor A/C, noise from apartment above, terrible plumbing, cramped parking, etc. Expected more for the $$ I paid. First timer with VRBO. Not likely to use again.
