The living room is as you walk in the door and features a large sectional sofa and 85” Smart TV with YouTube TV Live. You will enjoy the open floor plan with the nice size living room, dining room and kitchen that all overlooks the beautiful backyard. There is seating for 6 at the dining table plus 4 barstools. We know just how important it is to prepare your meals during your stay so you can enjoy the beautiful, equipped kitchen that features a large island, refrigerator, microwave, gas stove/oven, dishwasher, toaster, kitchen utensils, cookware, and traditional coffee maker. Just off the kitchen is the laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The guest bathroom features a single sink and walk in shower.



The master bedroom has direct access to the backyard and features a King size bed, 75” smart TV with YouTube TV Live, dresser, private master bathroom with single sink and a walk in shower. The Guest bedroom #1 has a Queen size bed and dresser. Guest bedroom #2 has a Full size bed and a Twin size bed with dresser. Guest bedroom #3 has a Queen size bed. Linens and towels provided. We also provide a few items to get you started of hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, shampoo and conditioner.

Great spot for outdoor relaxing

This house was a great spot to unwind and relax. The outdoor areas were great for the pool, sitting areas, eating area, etc.

Birthday celebration

The house was beautiful inside and out. Very spacious open, and bright. All the rooms had everything we needed. Kitchen fully stocked for cooking. Comfortable beds. Pool was great in addition to the firepit,grill area, and sitting areas. Nice to have the large TVs inside and the TV outside. One disappointment was some of the sitting areas outside were not clean. The couch cushions were dusty, the tables had not been wiped clean, and we were unable to use the hot tub as it had sticks and twigs on the bottom. It did not appear clean. Aside from that, the house is in a nice location. Quiet private area. We enjoyed our birthday celebration there immensely.

Nice Home, Misleading Listing, Unreasonable Host

We rented this house for a week with the understanding that the pool was heated, as the listing stated when we booked the rental. Upon arriving, we saw that the pool wasn't heated. We immediately contacted the host and requested a partial refund so we could move to a place with a heated pool as our small children would spend much more time in the water if the pool was heated (the main reason for coming to AZ). We thought that was more than fair as rental rates had been reduced DRASTICALLY in the area and a refund of 1/2 would have left the host with what they were advertising the house for the following week. It would have also allowed us to rent another house without having to spend additional funds. The host, unfortunately, refused and basically told us to pound sand. We made the best of it and enjoyed our stay as much as possible. Upon returning home, we noticed the host wouldn't allow us to leave a review. So, we contacted VRBO and notified them of the situation. They helped us get a $600 refund and the ability to leave this comment. While that wasn't the outcome we were looking for, we are happy VRBO got involved. The home, overall, was nice and the location was great but we will not be staying at a home hosted by this company again.

Thank you Kristine for taking the time to write a review about your stay. Everyone has the right and opportunity to write a review as you just did. We aren't able to disallow a review with vrbo at anytime. We wished when you called you would have communicated with us that the listing indicated it was heated when you booked it. When we communicated we explained it wasn't heated and you replied you assumed most pools here are heated so that wouldn't warrant a refund. You however, brought it to vrbo's attention after your departure because you found an initial email sent after you inquired that reflected the pool was heated so vrbo reached out to us. We did some research and as we explained to both you and Vrbo after reviewing the reservation and advertising details. It appears when Kristine inquired at 11:45am on January 28th the advertising did reflect a heated pool in the headline so we too found our automatic email that was sent out to Kristine with the heated pool in the headline. At some point on this same day we were made aware that the home did not have a heated pool so we updated the listing so it was correct. Kristine had not booked the home yet and we would not know that she would be the one to book it hours later. She however, booked about 5 hours later and at the time she booked she received a confirmation email that reflected the updated/correct headline so it did not reflect a heated pool. We realize the vrbo system since it was only hours in between may have not been updated or if it was Kristine may not have checked again since she had already viewed the home hours prior. We weren't aware that this took place all on the same day when we communicated with Kristine and there was in fact an mistake in the listing. We did refund Kristine and explained how this happened. This all could have been taken care of differently when she originally called but she waited until after she departed to reach out to vrbo and provide her initial email so we looked into it further and found there was indeed a mistake the day she booked as explained above. We are glad they enjoyed the home and location otherwise but the pool is not heated. Just a hot tub to enjoy during those colder months.
