Our home is a ranch style home, so there are no steps inside once you enter!

• Living room area with Smart TV and pull out couch with Queen size memory foam mattress!
• Fully stocked Kitchen and eating area that seats 4.
• Washer & dryer in unit.
• Backyard with some games like Cornhole to enjoy on a nice night.
• Bbq grill & Smoker combo in backyard!

Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.

When you stay at our home you will have that suburban feel, but still not be too far from the city!
Quiet, calm & peaceful. Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee with the lake in sight!

You will need your car to get around.
But there are a lot of nearby lakes and hiking trails that are very easy to get to!

TRASH
Trash day is Friday. If you are staying over night on Thursday night, we would really appreciate it if you could help us out by bringing the trash bins to the curb Thursday night or early Friday morning.

GRILL/SMOKER COMBO
We have a Bbq grill & smoker combo in our backyard that uses wood pellets. We might have some extra pellets from previous guests, but if not you can purchase them at any Home Depot, Lowe's or Menards. All located about 5 min away!

TV
We have a Smart TV in our living room. NO CABLE. You will be able to sign onto applications like Netflix, HBO, Hulu with your login credentials.

NOISE
Please remember that our home is in a residential neighborhood. Be respectful at all times and abide by quiet hours- 9pm to 8am.

Noise level:
We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property.

If more than the number of booked occupants are detected by neighbors or outside cameras, the stay will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued. No cameras inside.

Quiet and clean

We stayed here mid-summer and found it to be a quiet little neighborhood of houses nearby some of our favorite areas north of Detroit. It was a cozy, peaceful place to rest after a long day of walking around in Bloomfield Hills and Birmingham. Everything was neat and clean.

Was not our best experience. The neighborhood is a bit scary. Druggies at the nearby park. There were only 2 towels and a few washcloths for our whole family. We asked for and were promised more towels promptly but they never showed up in our 3 days. We heard rodents in the ceiling and walls. Closets messy, things just thrown in. Will not stay again.

Regarding the towels and housekeeping, I apologize for the oversight—we clearly dropped the ball there, and that’s not the level of service we aim to provide.
