Please be advised that a balcony restoration project will be underway at 1800 Atlantic from May 2025 through Spring 2026.
Important Notes:
-Units available for booking will not be under construction.
-All amenities, including the pool, spa, and sunning beach, will remain open and fully operational throughout the project.

Experience coastal luxury at Tom's Oceanfront Penthouse, a stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit ideally located in a prime spot within the complex. Just steps from the elevator, this expansive 2,000 sq. ft. penthouse offers the ultimate in comfort and convenience, including secure, covered garage parking for vehicles under 6 feet 4 inches in height.

Each of the three bedrooms and the spacious living room features sliding glass doors that lead out to a private 60-foot wraparound balcony—perfect for enjoying sweeping ocean views and fresh sea breezes.

Hi Barbara, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. The balcony restoration being completed by the association should be finished by May, and we’re confident the unit will once again offer the spectacular view our guests enjoy. We sincerely apologize that you were unable to experience this during your stay. Unfortunately, the delay and schedule change were communicated to us by the condo association and were outside of our control. Because of this inconvenience, the owner did offer either a cancellation with a full refund or a 50% compensation for the stay. Given these efforts to accommodate the situation, we do feel that a two-star review may not fully reflect the overall experience or the steps taken to resolve the issue. Nonetheless, we truly appreciate your feedback and hope you might consider visiting again once the balcony work is completed so you can fully enjoy the property.

This unit is likely the best in the complex. The view cannot be beat. I spent many heavenly hours enjoying the breeze and watching osprey, ibis, and egrets from the balcony. It is super spacious and has every amenity I can imagine, even for families with very young children. The property management was very gracious about allowing us to stay in the unit well past checkout time as our flight didn't leave until late afternoon. The pool was just the right temperature and very clean. There were plentiful chairs and umbrellas, and even a resident cat that lives in the lush courtyard. We simply did not want to leave.

The views! We spent as much time as possible enjoying the deck and the spectacular views. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The location was great—easy access to all the things we wanted to do. Great check-in experience and clean and well maintained unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great 3-bedroom property with beautiful views from every room and a lovely wraparound porch—definitely a highlight of the stay. Overall, we were very satisfied.There are a few areas that could use some updates. The bathrooms and kitchen are a bit dated, and the living room furniture could be refreshed. Parking was also a challenge, with low ceilings and narrow spaces that made it difficult to navigate. Additionally, cell phone service did not work in the area, which could be inconvenient if you need to reach someone (especially if you forget a keycard).On the positive side, the apartment pool is large and a standout feature—we especially loved that it includes a lap swimming area, which was perfect for my swimmer child. The bedrooms themselves were excellent, with very comfortable beds and well-sized spaces.Overall, a very enjoyable stay with a few areas for improvement.

This place was amazing! We started out our FL Keys vacation in Key Largo and made our way down over a few days knowing this would be our last stay. We were NOT disappointed! The location overlooks the water, the pool was amazing, and the space was more than enough for my family of 4. Everything you need in a stay - all well stocked with everything you could need. We cooked a few meals while there as well. Our girls are already asking when we can go back! Worth the price for sure!
