Absolutely amazing property and owner. The owner was so easy to work with and saved our little vacation by getting us in last minute! Rental was very nice, accurate listing, and great neighborhood within walking distance of many attractions. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone.

This was a great place for a family beach vacation. They had some beach toys and boogie boards available to use. The property was clean and had a good kitchen with nice bedrooms. The family room sat 4 people comfortably. Our family had a great time.

Very clean property. I am picky about cleanliness, and it smelled good and was very clean. The kitchen had what we needed. Nice starter supply of products. Beds and pillows were very comfy. Enjoy our stay!

We enjoyed our stay here. Overall the place was just what we needed and met our expectations based on the listing. The walk to the beach with small children was fairly easy with a wagon.

A nice place to stay

The dune gras appartement is a nice, clean and cozy place to stay. Well maintained, you’ll find everything you need in it. The walking distance to Lake Michigan is really only 10 minutes and the beach is gorgeous. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great apartment

This was a great place for our family to stay while in Michigan City. It had everything we needed to have a pleasant trip and it’s a short walk to the beach. We brought our own but they even had some beach supplies available for guests to use if needed.

Great little weekend getaway house

Very cute house that was newly renovated. I felt so comfortable there, like I was in my own home. It had a great location! The host was wonderful to work with. I would like to stay here again.

This is a very nice place. It was clean, near the beach, and close to lots of places. We had a few minor issues that were taken care of immediately. There were five of us on this trip and we fit well. But we had to move furniture around and use dining chairs so that all of us could watch a movie. The living room seats only four. We had to buy dishwashing liquid in order to wash dishes and request a broom to sweep sand off the floor after our beach visit. I would go back here without thinking twice.

Very nice house close to the beach

The house was perfect for me and my 2 sisters. The manager was very friendly, helpful, and responded quickly when needed. Beds were very comfortable. A short walk to the beach. Will definitely stay again.

Cozy and near all attractions!

We stayed at this location and it was near the beach and all the main attractions. It is a nice and cozy apartment. I highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a home away from home. I also would like to state that Robin was very helpful and nice. Had a wonderful time with my family.

Great place to stay!

This was a great rental that was in close proximity to the beach. It was just as described in the listing. We could hear the upstairs renters walking around at times. The host was very helpful when I needed some help. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I stayed here due to the proximity of the Wash Park Mariana. It was a nice place and had no issues and would definitely consider staying there again.

Perfect weekend getaway

Very impressed with how clean the condo was, fantastic kitchen utensils and amenities. Couldn’t have asked for an easier and pleasant stay with friends. We also used the backyard fire pit one evening with Adirondack chairs.

Cute, clean, close to the beach

We enjoyed our short stay in this updated, cute, and clean lower unit of a duplex in Michigan City. A short walk to beach, the unit has beach chairs, expandable wagon, sandcastle building kit, shovels!! Close to zoo and marina. Beds were comfortable and the unit has all the comforts of home.

Convenient access to the beach. Clean, cozy, comfortable. Located in a residential area so generally quiet, although there is another rental unit above this one. No dishwasher or garbage disposal. Excellent communication with rental agency. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was amazing, well equipped, close to the beach, and nice neighborhood. This is one our most favorite places we’ve stayed so far and that says a lot for as much as we travel! I highly recommend this condo to anyone. We did several beach days, ate breakfast at DuneBillies, dinner at Shoreline, visited the zoo, and took the train into Chicago. Such a great place and perfect spot close to everything! Met all our expectations and then some!

It was nice on the inside but lacks curb appeal of other rentals in the area. Pretty well appointed and what we needed the property manager sent over immediately. I LOVED that they use free and clear detergent on the linens!

Hidden Gem

This cute duplex didn’t disappoint. It was very tastefully decorate. The location was really great. Short walk to the beach and close by the casino and places to eat. The bed was very comfortable. The duplex had everything we needed. There was noise upstairs when people were walking but it didn’t take away from our experience. Thank you!

Family Beach Vacation

Well equipped location perfect for a family of 6 within easy walking distance of beach. Had everything we needed for both staying and enjoying the beach. About an 8 minute walk to the beach from the house. Full kitchen and outdoor grill available. Laundry on premise to keep on too if dirty clothes. All communication from property manager was quick and responsive. Would absolutely stay again when we come back to Michigan City.
