This place was top notch! It literally had everything we needed for our trip and more. The hosts are such amazing people and it was a joy getting to meet them. We’ve been coming to tradewinds for years and have stayed in a number of their houses but this was the best one yet! We’ll be back to book again in the future. Always a plus when the listing includes the boat slip too!

Great place. Only complaint is that there are no lights at the entrance. Very, very dark at night trying to find the entrance. Even with phone tracking, we drove past the entrance.

Handsome Home in Homosassa

Great space. Clean and had everything we need. The neighborhood felt safe and the water view was great. We enjoyed taking a walk along the river.

Kayak Trip

We enjoyed our stay, it was a beautiful house and was in a great location. We were there on a kayaking trip and it was located in a perfect location to the springs and rivers we wanted to kayak. I would highly recommend this property.

Homosassa Staycation

We stayed here for an extended weekend bithday trip and will definitely be back. The house is spotless clean with everything you might need or think you might need for a weekend vaction! House also has a boat slip and golf cart to rent as well! Make sure this is your pick for those weekends in Homosassa and get all Homosassa has to offer right at the end of the drive way! Can't wait to be back

Awesome!

The place was beautiful. Such easy access to the water, boat slips are a little tight but had no problems with a 24 ft boat. There were bigger boats that did ok as well. The house was perfect, the owners were awesome to deal with. Overall was a great stay.

Kayaking trip

The house was very clean and in a great location, it was very comfortable and practically new. It is located very close to all the restaurants and shopping. We were there on a kayaking trip and location was near all of the rivers and springs. I would highly recommend this property, you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful condo in convenient location

The 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo was close to all local amenities and provided areas to walk including down to the river. The condo was light filled, comfortable and private. The owners were responsive and helped us navigate the lock box on the door and answered all questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for boaters and nature lovers

This beautiful condo was well-equipped, well-decorated and immaculate. What makes it stand apart from the others is the private boat ramp and slip. If you don't have a boat, there is a long dock that will put you on the river, so everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of the Homosassa River. I can't wait to return.
