allongez-vous et bronzez au bord de la piscine. ce plan d'étage moderne, spacieux, ouvert, avec plein air conditionné / chauffage. Salle familiale pour se détendre dans la cuisine à concept ouvert. La cuisine a un coin repas séparé avec des portes coulissantes donnant sur la piscine chauffée extérieure. la cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec tous les appareils de mise à niveau, y compris réfrigérateur, cuisiniÚre, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, cafetiÚre, grille-pain, beaucoup de plat, casseroles et ustensiles. chambre familiale a la télévision avec forfait cùble complet. salle à manger a des portes coulissantes qui vous amÚne à notre piscine privée avec sa propre télévision et coin repas. plan d'étage avec 2 chambres privées avec sa propre salle de bain qui a une porte à la piscine. buanderie comprend laveuse et sécheuse.

Grande maison avec piscine chauffee.

Beau Florida room separe de la piscine. Tout est fonctionnel et vaisselle en quantite. Quartier residentiel calme. Proprietaire repond rapidement. Merci Richie.

Great place

We were very happy with our stay. We were met promptly & given information & had no need to contact the owner the rest of our stay. House was spic & span and had just about everything we needed. Loved the screened in lanai & the pool. Acouple of suggestions: the beds in the right side of the house are very creaky and could be replaced and a set of measuring cups (dry & wet) would be great. We loved being able to park in the garage. The extra beach towels were nice to have. Overall, we were very happy with the house and would absolutely stay there again.

House is a work in progress. Shower in ensuite had just been done but not the necessary redecoration. We had issues with the lack of cleaning in the kitchen (elsewhere okay). Resolved by manager once pointed out. Beds okay but springs very squeaky so hubby and I used two rooms. Broken glass shelf in hallway is dangerous, pointed out but not removed. It was too cold to use the pool so cannot comment but deck area good and very sheltered. Interior is very dark, perhaps a good thing in very hot weather but a bit depressing in January. Big TV has been installed (different from the pic when we booked) and very good wifi. Close to shops and restaurants etc.

Amazing!

Great location. Not “touristy”. Close to everything you need and about a 1 hour and 45 minute to Disney. Would 100% rent again.

Awful very NASTY HOUSE!!

This house was disgusting!! Hole in the floor that the host put tape on, mold on shower curtain, shower wall broken, dressers disgusting, tv didn’t work. We had to leave this property after being there a couple days because it was that disgusting and couldn’t take a shower there. When I reached out to the host to tell him that we were leaving early because the house was nasty and asked for some reimbursement he said thats not my problem that you left early. He said seems you just want money back! Ummm no the house is GROSS!!! We were only staying there because we were having work done at our house. We rented another house the week before this one and it was beautiful but not available for another week. I told the host that I was going to put a bad review and he stated that he would respond that I was lying and just wanted money back.I also put in a complaint to VRBO and they tried to reach out to the host and no response. BE AWARE AND DON’T RENT THIS HOUSE AND IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! I also have pictures of this NASTY HOUSE and screenshots of my conversations with the host.

Enjoyable stay

Showed up and the whole house had been thoroughly cleaned inside and out. Loved the property especially the pool would definitely stay at this house again, the whole family loved it and had a blast even in the middle of hurricane Debby.

Almost Perfect

House and area was good, house was clean and well kept, and only had two issues for our two week stay. Like the other VRBO rentals we had in the past, the 'beds' thus the 'mattresses' were cheap and non-supportive. They were below standard 'spring' type which left all of us with sore backs and bodies and restless nights sleep. They need to be replaced with good 'firm' mattresses. The loss of sleep for the 2 week stay is why I gave it a lessor rating, that and the grille which wasn't cleaned for quite some time. The mattresses in these VRBO rentals are why we won't use this service again. Other than this is really was a good place to stay. Dave, NJ / 7-24

GEM in Spring Hill

This is a GREAT house to rent in the town to Spring Hill. House comes with a pool and is near to many restaurants, shipping center, etc. Host is wonderful, very attentive. Will highly recommend this rental to all my friends and family when visiting Spring Hill.

Hassle-Free Stay

This home and owner where perfect for us. The owner meets you personally to ensure your questions are answered and you have what you need. For us, he replaced the propane for the grill and, a TV that went on the fritz. We had plenty of space, seating and kitchen supplies and, the neighborhood was quiet most evenings. Check in and out was a breeze and, we were most thankful for that. Thanks, again, Richie, for letting us stay in your home!

Property was very clean and quiet. Had a problem with the pool pump not working. Ritchie replaced it it two days. No complaints and have already booked for next year.

Family vacation during the 4th

We stayed for an entire week. Place was clean, everything as described. The owner was more than helpful, extremely quick to respomd when i needed anything. Pool was lovely, beds were very soft and comfy. When i originally read reviews i was leery because 2 of the prior reviews werent real great but we had no problems w any types of pest of any kind during our stay and i would absolutely recommend this place for family stays as he was a very nice and very helpful gentlemen to deal with and the home was perfect for our needs.
