Close to the Fields

This location was so convenient for my son's baseball tournament at Peoria Sports Complex and close to amazing restaurants. It was clean, well decorated, and in a very nice neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable house. Convenient and close to where we visiting. Snacks were appreciated. House book of rules and places to visit might include working of the tv remotes.Grab bars in the shower and tub would have been helpful . Host was very quick to respond and even checked after a day or so, if we needed anything or if she could help in any way. A very nice house and experience.

Excellent communication with the host. Loved the welcoming bowl of snack bags and bottled water! The house was very clean and well maintained. A very comfortable stay in Phoenix. Near to State Farm Stadium and lots of restaurants.

Nice home in a friendly neighborhood

We had an excellent stay in this clean house that is very convenient to explore the area. We were close to gramma in Sun City and could also get to Peoria for Mariners Spring Training. Kids played in the back yard a few times while my wife and I walked the neighborhood. Hope to return. Thank you.

Highly recommend!

I stayed in this lovely home for two weeks in February 2025. It was very clean, the furniture and beds are comfortable, and the home is nicely decorated. The location is great. The backyard seating area with a raised table and chairs was on of my favorite parts. Also, thanks to the home manager who was very helpful and responsive when I had a question.

We thoroughly enjoyed your spacious three bedroom, completely redecorating at home in Peoria. Cannot wait to come back with her other sisters to visit our uncle. Every amenity one could need to stay indefinitely, we only regret that we didn’t have time to enjoy your beautiful new backyard! well priced and very comfortable!

Best communication ever

This is a nice unit that we enjoyed sparingly as our trip was to visit a close friend and attend spring training games. We did not eat there, but did drink coffee, slept, showered and watched a little tv. The location is super easy to find and nicely located. All amenities were present and owner available if needed. Only downer was the shower in master as the shower knob was broken allowing turning beyond the hit stop thus making it challenging to find hot water. Also had I driven my own car, the use of one stall would have been nice.

This house was perfect for us ! Our daughter lives in Peoria and was expecting her first child so we decided to be there for the arrival. Stayed for 2 weeks. This house made our stay much easier than a hotel, as we have a disabled son, who very much appreciates the stability of a home environment. The home was very clean, the neighborhood was nice, and the communication with the host was outstanding. (They even reached out to us to inform us of a short power outage in the neighborhood). We look forward to many visits to the Peoria area to visit our new granddaughter, and will definitely be hoping to stay at this home again !
