Deux chambres - deux salles de bain complètes - La chambre principale est sur le côté de la plage, avec entrée privée sur le balcon. Observez les eaux bleu émeraude du golfe du Mexique, tout en préparant votre "prise fraîche" préférée ou détendez-vous dans le salon, tout en profitant de la belle plage. Pêche surf, location de bateaux, parachute ascensionnel, service de plage gratuit, super restaurant de fruits de mer et steak, juste devant votre porte.

Cette propriété est située sur une île barrière de 2 milles, connue sous le nom d '"île Okaloosa", entourée par la voie navigable inter côtière et le golfe du Mexique. L'île est célèbre pour ses plages de neige blanche, les eaux cristallines du golfe. Élu numéro un du "meilleur lieu de vacances".

Piscine chauffée en saison, salle d'entraînement et bain à remous toute l'année.

Destin est à moins de 11 kilomètres et propose de nombreuses activités estivales, y compris des excursions en hélicoptère, la pêche en haute mer, d'immenses parcs aquatiques, des magasins sans fin! Localement, nous avons un quartier pittoresque du centre-ville, avec de bons restaurants et boîtes de nuit, location de bateaux, golfe, parachute ascensionnel et plus encore!, Renseignez-vous sur notre temple et musée indien ou notre musée de l'avion.

Le bâtiment est de 7 étages, un total de 137 unités, avec 500 pieds de propriété en bord de mer, les plages ne sont jamais aussi bondées que Destin au sommet de la saison. Piscine côté golfe qui est chauffée pendant les mois d'hiver avec un bain à remous. Salle d'exercice et espace barbecue avec gazebos pour cuisiner.

Very clean property with beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Would recommend staying.

We enjoyed this property! It was very clean and spacious for our family of four. The Kitchen was large and had an abundance of dishes. The unit was easily Accessed from second story parking. I recommend this unit for any family wanting a view of the ocean and a nice stay at Fort Walton Beach!

My family really enjoyed this area

It’s a second floor condo .. had everything we needed .. looks just like the pics .. you Can the condo is a popular place .. it’s lived in but still nice .. after busy season I’m sure they’ll need to do some deep cleaning .. it’s by far not dirty but you can see that some ppl didn’t respect the property .. I completely recommend this unit for any family or group that wants a relaxed place to stay .. it’s out of the crazy busy area but soooo close to it if ya need to venture out ..

Sister in Laws First Time to the Gulf

They had never been to the Gulf so we brought them down for a couple of days. The condo was very clean and convenient to the beach. The niece was excited about the bunk bed!! LOL. Be aware: we usually prefer a ground floor stay, but at this location, there is no Gulf view from the ground floor. We were on level two and had a great view.

Comfy stay

Great place to stay. The room was updated some before we arrived which was great. However, the bad part of that is we were expecting a couch bed. The updates changed the sleeping arrangements for my family. Loved the room in general, the only things I would really hope could be fixed is the master bed wood slates are broke. This made the bed very uncomfortable. The only other complaint would be the bedroom ceiling fans need fixed/replaced. The Sugarsands company that runs the place helped us very quickly with anything we needed. They were great. Great stay!!!

Beautiful and clean.

We loved everything except the check-in. There is no one to greet you and when we had a couple of questions, we received no answer from the phone numbers provided. The trash bags provided were very thin and split/broke into every time we changed the trash. May want to provide sturdier and more trash bags. Overall, the location was great, room was clean, up to date, and really nice. We would recommend this unit and location to anyone else and would like to stay again if we revisit.

The only thing I did not like was there was no on ground security after office closing. People on pool deck in pool and hot tube did not follow posted rules i.e., kids under 12 in hot tube with on adult supervision, people setting in hot tube drinking and talking very loud. Kids in pool at night with no adult supervision. Over than that it was a great visit.

The only few things that I was disappointed in is when we booked and choose this condo it had 4 chairs and 2 unbrella that came with it after we paid in full they took 2 chair and unbrella away (THAT IS WHY WE CHOOSE 203 TO BEGIN WITH) also the hot tub would not work the whole time we was there.

FALSE HOUSEKEEPING REPORT, RACIAL DISCRIMINATION, EXTRA CHARGES

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Watch out for false housekeeping report with no evidence and racial discrimination. Look forward to extra charges after several days of departure even though the charges are not stated on the welcome packet or instructions. I would recommend for the property manager to remove the kitchen so nobody can cook. We followed all instructions and took care of the property so there should have been reconsideration. There was also lack of communication for implying charges.
