The open-concept living and dining area has a relaxed coastal feel, with a dining table that seats the whole group and a TV with standard cable for easy evenings in. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keep things comfortable no matter the season.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms accommodate up to six guests across four beds. Extra pillows, blankets, hangers, and ample storage make longer stays easy, and all bed linens and essentials are provided.
 
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, and a complete set of dishes and silverware - everything you need to cook in or put together a quick beach-day lunch.
 
Bathrooms
Two bathrooms, each with a bathtub, hair dryer, and all standard essentials included.
 
Amenities & extras
An in-unit washer and dryer handle laundry without any trips off-property. A dedicated workspace and WiFi make this a capable base for remote workers or extended stays. A private entrance, iron, elevator access, and free parking for two vehicles on premises round out the practical details.
 
Resort amenities
The building offers access to a community pool and tennis courts. Beach towels and beach chairs are included, and a private walkway leads directly to the shoreline.

Walk the beach in search of shells and shark teeth, or head out on an eco tour along the Intracoastal Waterway. When you're ready to explore further, downtown St. Augustine is just minutes away - historic landmarks, local restaurants, and waterfront dining all within easy reach.
