Wonderful Stay

Excellent accommodations, centrally located to all the Sparta area has to offer, including Burgess Falls, Calfkiller Brewery & Rock Island State Park. Home is immaculate & well-appointed; hosts were very accommodating & helpful. Highly recommended.

Sparta cozy house

This was a wonderful trip. The 3 bedroom house was well appointed and very clean. The house was built in a very quiet and clean neighborhood and it’s very close to town. I felt as though I was at my private vacation home in Tennessee. I was in the country but not too far from groceries and places to eat. I highly recommend this location for a Tennessee get away. Go play the Honky Tonk National golf course too, it’s only 12 miles away.

Sparta Charm at Its Best

We love Sparta. Usually stay with in-laws when we visit, but this time I was taking my mom and wanted her to feel comfortable, so decided to book a place of our own. We were not about to stay at the Royal Inn, so I was happy to find this charming home in town. We felt right at home, will definitely book again if available. Beautiful sunsets! Excellent curb appeal, and charming decor!

Very nice home, comfortable, easy access. It was very clean. Only concern was difficulty figuring out how to turn on the shower in one of the bathrooms, and communication about this was not helpful. However, we did eventually figure it out. We rented this for attending my daughter‘s wedding, and it was perfect distance from the event.
