Beautiful condo in the popular Carousel building. The bedrooms have been beautifully updated with new furnishings & flooring. . Large condo with a full kitchen (Keurig and regular drip coffee maker), living area, 3 bedroom and a den property with lots of amenities. This is a perfect condo pick for a large family.
Building includes an indoor (Indoor pool and hot tub at the Carousel will be closed from May 8, 2026 to May 21, 2026) and outdoor pool and a kiddie pool, spa, gym and sauna. children's play area and an ice skating rink! Condo includes washer, dryer, full kitchen and wifi. With a king bed in the primary bedroom, 2 full size beds in bedroom 2, a queen in the third bedroom, a double sleep sofa in the living area and a queen sleep sofa in the den and 2 full baths, there is plenty of sleeping areas for a family of up to twelve people! Property rents any 5 nights in season and any 3 nights off season. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. There is a washer and dryer in condo for your convenience.
$50.00 Registration Fee at building, 7 foot garage clearance.
Smoking prohibited in all units, balconies and common areas. No pets, please. Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25.

The 2 bedrooms down the hall where always hot, garbage disposal was broken and leaking which was replaced. Everything needs a good cleaning... Ample cook ware and silver ware. The Carousel is a bit run down and also need a good cleaning and painting,the hallways smell.

There was a razor handle in a pillow sham. The TVS didn't work. They told us to buy a Fire stick. Pillow shams were dirty. Some of the outlets don't work. Two lamps didn't work. Everything else was good.

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. I see that you had a problem with the bedroom TV; however, I our records show it was addressed by us the same day it was reported. We would certainly never tell a guest to buy a Firestick. If it was needed, we would provide and install it. We are here to take care of any issues as needed. We would have been happy to address any issues you asked of us, lightbulbs for lamps, etc.

Enjoyed the property. Central Reservations handled everything and were awesome. Our one complaint was that the one tv wasn’t hooked to cable so it could not be watched. However they can’t control the company that would have repaired it and gave us a credit on the price for the inconvenience.

The condo was fabulous. The pool at the condo was awful. Broken cement with paint fragments. Non-working pool filter system. Scum and particles floating in pool outdoors and not being corrected. Check in was not the process given to us. Very difficult to check in as directions were not given correctly.

Upon entering the rooms were clean and neat. After further review we did find a pair of underwear and towel on the back of the primary bedroom door. That was not the greatest but we threw it out and notified CR. They said they contacted the owner and she had cleaned the unit herself and didn't see them but they were there. We just left it at that, it wasn't a deal breaker :)All else was very nice. It was roomy and great for our group of 10. Plenty of space on the massive deck and great furniture there too, not the cheap plastic stuff you sometimes get. The view was very nice!Shower heads could use replaced but they worked. All else was really nice.Bedrooms were spacious, although the beds in the second bedroom were very hard/firm, but if you like that, you will like that room. Other bedding was comfortable. The living room sofa was comfortable and fit quite a few people for movie night. My biggest recommendation is to MOUNT THE TV IN THE LIVINGROOM....please. The pools are nice but the outside one is kind of small compared to other condos we've stayed in. The inside one seemed to have a "hair" problem. Didn't seem to be cleaned much but we were only there once or twice.The Reef 118 has really good food and their breakfast was reasonable and tasty.The outdoor tiki bar was really great as well as ALL of the staff who we encountered. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here! We would consider staying again.
