Good stay for golfers.

The place was nice, bright and clean as pictured. However, couple things could use some upgrade: showers with low pressure, beds are soft and lumpy. It is very convenient to shops and goft courses. The beach is couple miles down the road.

Overall our experience was great, the condo is in a great location, and the community is very nice. Nancy and David were super responsive when issues arose (the thermostat battery was dying and there was a leak in the unit above dripping down through the ceiling), and took care of them right away and were very apologetic. There are several updates that need to be made however. The master bedroom mattress is so soft, you sink into a hole and can't get out. We ended up sleeping on the pull-out couch bed instead. The guest bedroom mattress is also soft, but in better condition than the master. The Nextdoor neighbor smokes cigars out on the back deck and the smell permeated into this unit. The owners have an air purifier set up, and once I flagged the smell, they told us to turn the purifier on and that drastically improved the air quality and the smoke smell was barely noticeable after that. As noted in other reviews, the guest bath shower has no water pressure. Again, all and all great experience, just little notes that are worth considering.

Highly recommended

Looks exactly like the pictures. Clean, spacious, easy access to the backyard from the back patio. Cable and streaming access on all TVs. Owners contacted and checked on us. Plenty of towels and good supply of soaps and shampoo, even make-up wipes. Easy parking right in front and in a good location. Close to everything and on the golf course. We will stay here again.

Great for our needs

Property was great for what we needed, which was, bigger than a hotel space. Only issue was one bathroom water pressure was so poor couldn’t use that shower. So really like a 1 and 1/2 bath. Other shower set up was ok, not ideal. Overall, comfortable and easy process. Located close to everything!

None of the lights or switches on the wall worked. There were bugs. The bed was broken when we arrived. The door code did not work my entire stay. I had to leave my belongings unsecured every time I went somewhere, and pray that no one entered when I returned.returned.returned. work

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:-The unit was cleaned before your arrival, and they did not notice any bugs at that time.-A leg on the bed was damaged, and they promptly fixed it once they were made aware.-The door keypad stopped working due to dead batteries, but a key was provided for you to secure the door. The batteries have since been replaced.The homeowner was responsive during your stay and would have been happy to address any additional concerns. Thanks for taking the time to leave your review!

The property was wonderful. The condo was clean, and very pretty. It was an easy entry process and delivered exactly what I booked. It was pet friendly, and had great pools. I would absolutely book this property again! Excellent place!
