Newly renovated condo direct Gulf Front, two bedroom, two bath on Manasota Key. Enjoy spectacular sunsets from the second floor off the huge deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. Beaches are quiet and tranquil, watch dolphins play and manatees swim by daily. Everything in the unit has be completely upgraded with only the finest furnishings.

Beautiful beach house

The location is unbeatable, just steps from the sand, with the soothing sound of the waves always in the background. The apartment is tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable, but the real highlight is the balcony. The sunset view is absolutely breathtaking !

This is our second stay at this condo. It’s really the perfect space for our family. Right on the beach with breath taking views. We will hopefully be back next year.

Spectacular views and a wonderful location

I was able to stay for a long weekend over 4th of July with three other members of my family. The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning. The location is nice as well. We were even able to watch a loggerhead lay her eggs one evening from the balcony. The ocean was warm and there were a lot of sharks teeth everywhere you looked. The condo was very clean and had all the necessary supplies. I would highly recommend this condo for a family relaxing vacation.

Summer Vacation

Was a great stay!!! everything was perfect. We are Florida locals and when we go the beach we want to be directly on the beach , this Condo checks all the boxes on our list. We also love Manasota Key. We will definitely be staying here again.

If you are looking for an energetic beach vacay where you can mingle with a lively crowd, this is NOT the place for you. Here you will feel like the beach is your personal backyard. Excellent accommodations.

We had a nice little vacation in Englewood. The property was very nice. We had a few issues getting in initially, but that was resolved rather quickly. I would stay here again.

2nd stay in this property. Excellent, always clean, close to all the eats, property owner is always available to chat with to answer questions, did I mention private beach literally on the Beach!! Its our second home on vacation, will be here again next year.

Reunion on the Gulf

Three high school friends enjoyed a lovely stay at this condo. Our second visit. Had a couple small issues at check-in and the owners were super responsive and helpful. You cannot beat the location of this property.

Spring Break Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the Gulfview condo. It was clean and comfortable. We had a great view of the gulf/beach from our deck! The beach is beautiful and quiet. There are restaurants/bars within walking distance and more selections a short drive from the Island.

Beautiful Condo in a Perfect Location

This was a great place to stay for our family. Clean and beautiful and you absolutely can’t beat the balcony views. It’s so nice to be right on the beach and also still walkable to the restaurants (although the walking was a little trickier with a 3 year old as there aren’t sidewalks, you just walk on the side of the road). We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo had more amenities than we expected including beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers and plenty of beach towels. The beach is quiet and not crowded. We were often the only people out there wishing a couple buildings. Would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful condo with amazing views!

We were in FL visiting family in nearby Port Charlotte and decided to try out Manasota Key for the first time and it did not disappoint. We stayed 5 days and didn't want to leave. This condo is right on the beach with gorgeous views from the balcony. Very clean and well equipped with just about anything you could possibly want or need. The beach had white sand, that beautiful gulf water and was never too crowded. Several restaurants are within walking distance, Sandbar was our favorite! We will definitely be back!!

Great Location!

We visited Manasota Key for the first time and didn't really know much about the area. We were pleasantly surprised by this gem of a place. The home was clean, neatly decorated (no unnecessary tchotchkes!), and located near the restaurants, but quiet beach and you are no more than 50 steps from the beach! We were in for a long weekend so we did not cook but it seems like a very well stocked kitchen. Great balcony to watch the sunsets each night. Note: if you are driving, bring your own pillows as the ones at the home are not great (our only small negative) We would highly recommend this home!

This property is right on the beach, but so close to the water. It is very quiet, not many people out in the water around you, but you can watch the Dolphins and Manatees play in the water from your couch!! Truly a beautiful experience!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Water is warm and most of the time, it is calm. The Manatees with come so close to the shore and love a belly rub if you don't mind!
