Cozy home and minutes from the beaches

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood that’s just 1.7 miles from Belleair beach, close to Largo’s golf course, Tampa, downtown St Pete, Clearwater beach and many more! This 2-bedroom, 1- bath Bungalow is newly renovated with modern furnishings and is the perfect vacation spot for you and your family. Fan with king size bedroom is controlled with remote. Fan in other bedroom and kitchen is manaully to turn on.

It can comfortably fit 5 guests with two beautifully decorated bedrooms that include two full beds and one king size bed. The house is equipped with full access to the garage, a large private backyard & sunroom that has plenty of space to enjoy.
Amenities include a refrigerator, fresh linens & towels, private entrance, keyless keypad, a microwave, a stove as well as:
Wi-Fi
Driveway parking
Air conditioning
Board games
Barbeque grill (guest must fill propane tank if low on propane if they wish to use it.) Guests are responsible to clean grill after each use.
Fire pit (guest must buy own wood). Remote controlled fans and lights. For long term guest (28 days plus) you must supply your own essential supply such as toilet paper, paper towel etc. Note: Lawn maintenance are scheduled every Friday between the hours of 11am and 2pm.

Absolutely fantastic stay. The home is very charming, very clean, and very conveniently located. Our host was a pleasure to communicate with and was attentive to any questions or requests that we had. As a former resident of Pinellas County, I highly recommend staying here to any traveler coming to the area for an extended period of time.

The host responded to all my questions with minutes. This was my first time doing a Vrbo and everything went smooth. It was close to Largo Hospital and 15 to 20 minutes from clearwater beach. If I am in the area, I will definitely use again. Clean quiet neighborhood and close to the Publix.

Very well maintained house. I love the location very quiet and convenient. I traveled with my 2 kids and it was perfect for us that the house provided us with beach equipment (cooler, chairs, umbrella) I definitely will stay again.

Beautiful home

Home was beautiful and great property. Great area and really close to the beaches. Host was easy to communicate with and made sure the home was stocked and clean. Will definitely be trying to stay here again when visiting our family.

Clean, neat and quiet! Stay was comfortable and affordable. Adequately stocked kitchen in regards to utensils, plates ,pots and pans. Washer and dryer clean Location was close to beaches and Publix. Will stay there again if available.

The BEST Vrbo property I have ever stayed at. Immaculately clean, stocked with necessities, comfortable beds, amazing communication from hosts, and extremely spacious! Soo close to the beach and any essential stores you may need. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Enjoyed our 2 month stay. Very clean, private backyard, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to grocery store. Owner was very responsive and addressed issues quickly. Would definitely recommend and return in the future.

Great Location, quiet neighborhood

Great Location, short drive to beaches. Our family of 4 enjoyed the place. Very quiet neighborhood. Owner provides 2 beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and boogie boards. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking and can walk to grocery store.

Great place at a great location.

Really enjoyed our stay at Tawnee and Soy's place and enjoyed Largo/Clearwater very much. We didn't get to St. Petes, but were able to explore the beaches, many nature preserves, bird and wildlife sanctuaries and a wonderful botanical garden. Most, but not all were free. I got some good bird photos (for my level of incompetence) that I was pleased with. Highly recommend!

This place simply perfect

My family is from largo, pretty familiar with area, dead end road provides some comfort loading the kids up for your daily trips to the beach (Indian rocks) simple 7 minute drive, along with grocery store walking distance, great local breakfast restaurant walking distance. When you return from your trips to the beach you rinse off your sand in drive open garage to find hooks to hang all your stuff, and a laundry area perfect for cleaning up after long day at beach. The sun room is a great place to drink your morning coffee, and the back yard is fenced in and private. The owners are fast to respond to any questions or concerns. The place was simply perfect for our small family, I can’t wait to stay again.
