✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $59.99 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

Please Note: This property is located on a shallow section of the canal, and is not suitable for large boats or deep-hull watercraft. While some guests have been able to park smaller boats and trailers in the driveway, boat access and dockage are not officially included or guaranteed as part of this listing. Security cameras are installed at the exterior of the property for safety purposes. Their locations are as follows:



Front entry: underneath the small awning for rain protection

Downstairs entry: located under a secondary awning

Back door: positioned beneath the soffit above the door



These cameras are used strictly for guest and property safety and monitor only entry and exit points. No cameras are located inside the home.



This home is not pet-friendly, and pets are not allowed. If a pet is found in the home, Stay Texas will charge a minimum additional cleaning fee of $500.
