First Floor
As you enter this inviting home, you can’t help but notice how spacious, bright and comfortable it is, with plenty of room for the entire family.
The first-floor bedroom features a king-size bed, plenty of natural light and a flat-screen TV. Across the hall is a large full bathroom with a stand-alone shower.
Continue into the huge open-concept living room, where the incredible waterfront setting immediately takes center stage. With views from nearly every window, you can sit back and watch the boats travel through Barnstable Harbor. The scenery is constantly changing and truly breathtaking. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating along with a large flat-screen TV for enjoying your favorite shows and movies.

Just off the living room is the beautiful sunroom, a space that may quickly become one of your favorite spots in the house. Surrounded by windows and filled with natural light, it’s perfect for playing board games or cards, curling up with a good book, or simply relaxing and gazing out over Barnstable Harbor.
The dining area offers plenty of room for everyone to gather and enjoy meals together. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your vacation, including a convenient coffee bar and expresso machine—perfect for preparing that first cup before heading outside to enjoy the view.

Head upstairs to three additional bedrooms, all offering beautiful views. Imagine waking up in the morning, looking out the window and seeing the water.
The first upstairs bedroom features a queen-size bed and is decorated in crisp blues and whites for a classic coastal Cape Cod feel.

"Your home was so welcoming to our family. My husband and I and our adult children and spouses enjoyed every minute. Beautiful beaches, food, and fun. Such picturesque sunsets to enjoy. We have some beautiful photos to enhance our wonderful memories. We love coming to the Cape and really enjoyed this location.
