One of the best highlights of this property is its proximity to attractions/activities, beaches, local eats, shopping, groceries, and several golf courses. To enhance your exploration, you can rent bikes from Drifters Rentals and have them conveniently delivered to your doorstep

A pet fee of $150 applies for stays up to 7 nights, while for longer stays of 8 nights or more, the fee is $250. We accommodate only dogs, with a limit of two per stay, provided their combined weight does not exceed 60 lbs. We provide some home/bath essentials like basic soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Some cleaning supplies, such as dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, and trash bags, are provided. Keep in mind these items are not replenished.



Guests may need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



Please note that if leave your pet unattended in the property, your pet needs to be crated. There is a $100 fine for pets that are left unattended and not crated.



Guests staying 30 nights or longer will receive a complimentary mid-stay maintenance check to help ensure everything is in good working order. This service is provided at no additional cost.



We will coordinate the specific timing of this visit with you to ensure minimal disruption and accommodate your schedule. Please note that access to the property for this maintenance check requires prior authorization.



HOUSE RULES

- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home or near open windows, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are ok as long as they don’t stay overnight.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or anytime during their stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Kindly check all drawers, cabinets, closets, and under the beds. Please make sure you do not leave anything behind. We do not ship belongings to guests after check-out. No exceptions.
