Great location, Nice Space

The location and community are really good. The house has a great layout for families. We enjoyed the patio and backyard most evenings! We would have appreciated knowing that there isn’t any filtered water. We bought drinking water and water for coffee

Perfect Family Getaway

We had a wonderful getaway visiting our 2 year old granddaughter in Gilbert. The house is perfect for facilitating family time with young children. It is large, child friendly, and has a safe and fun backyard with a trampoline and tree swing. The house backs up on a large sports field and children's playground, which is also very nice for families. We cooked most of our meals at the house. It was stocked with basic spices and very well supplied with everything we needed for cooking meals, even a gas grill on the patio. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay at this Gilbert house again!

Our only comment with this property is the said 3 bathrooms is only really 2.5 baths. They added the bathtub as a bathroom. We specifically choose the place for 3 baths because we had 8 people in our group And the hotwater runs out fast. Like fast! Shower heads needs changing too. Lol But the house is very cool! Love the piano added to it. The surroundings were lovely. I would rent again if there were a few of us.

Celebration

Our Celebration went extremely well. We had room to sleep comfortably, kitchen and dining areas met our needs and the garage access was helpful. Kitchen: The oven warnings were concerning yet our baking needs were fully met. Warnings on the digital readout on the oven front -about the appl needing servicing and would not heat. Not accurate. The coffee pot situation: The pod system was available. My family and I are more accustomed to freshly ground, brewed coffee. My son in law purchased an inexpensive drip coffeemaker which we enjoyed and left for this home. My larger concern is this: the disposible coffee pods were plentiful yet we encountered bugs that were gathered under the plastic containers on the cupboard to the left of the stove. We cleaned, yet left the supply as we found it. The small, light reddish colored bugs were very plentiful and we did our best to clean them up. I wanted to make you aware as I can not verify that they are completely gone. I question the freshness of the pods. Beautiful furniture, trampoline was popular, tree swing was fun and a favorite attraction. Master suite- outstanding Bathrooms - adequate Location- splendid Thank you for offering us this home and keeping the cost at a reasonable level for our event. Your cleaning staff are to be commended as well. The home was lovely, clean and well maintained with the exceptions above.
