The modern and sophisticated design will encompass you with hard-to-find luxury accommodations including fine flooring, cabinetry, quartz counters, under-counter lighting, black stainless appliances, rain shower head, and even an electric fireplace to cozy up to on a cool night.



Outside, enjoy the property's private fishing dock, the solar-heated pool, bike racks and waterfront picnic area with grills.

Very nice renovated condo. Appliances, furniture and other furnishings all updated and the bed was very comfortable. Best part, entire unit was very clean. Great location, beach right across the street and fun bar/restaurants within walking distance.

We had such an incredible stay! Close enough to everything we needed and more! Very comfortable! The only thing i would change would be the shower, but im sure there was a reason it was that way! Thank you again!

Condo by the beach

Newly remodeled, comfortable furniture and bed, close to beach. This condo has most items you would need. We liked that they provided enough paper towel, garbage bags and even salt and pepper for a week. The only kitchen item they didn’t have was a pizza cutter. You can easily walk to KaTiki and Caddy’s on the beach. Would rent again.

2024 Beach Vacation

Condo was a bit smaller than expected, but updated. Description states clothes washer/dryer, but, unfortunately, this was not within the condo. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located on the premises, just not within the unit. This was the only true “inconvenience”. Otherwise, loved staying here! Location was the key- a short, 2 minute walk to the beach. Would recommend staying here. We will definitely book this property again!

We love Sunset Cove

The condo is perfect for two people who love the pool, beaches and walking to fun places. We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and used the kitchen to its capacity. The pool is quiet and warmed up nicely to swim in and cool off. The beach is literally across the street and we found out this visit that the condo association has its own private access. That was very nice. We had a few issues that once we reached out to management, they responded very quickly with sending out a maintenance person. We were very happy with our little condo and hope to return next year. BTW… the sunrise and sunsets are insanely beautiful!! Truly a little slice of paradise!!

My wife and I enjoyed a fantastic week at this property. The property is very upscale, with all the amenities you would want (although a dishwasher would be a welcome addition!). As we were traveling from Pennsylvania to Florida, we received a text that the AC was not working and their hopes of having it working by our arrival were not to be. They did provide a portable unit for the bedroom and long with the ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room, the condo stayed cool. Given how much damage adjoining properties received from hurricane Helene, the property managers did an outstanding job having the property ready to go for our stay. I do think the property rental fee is quite high compared to the other units in the complex.Allen all, I would recommend this property.

First Visit to Treasure Island

Though we have vacationed multiple times to Florida and have stayed very close to Treasure Island, this was our first vacation to the area. We thoroughly enjoyed the secluded feel to the residential setting, with the cross to the beach over a non-busy street. The condo served all of our needs and is a step up from a studio, with the separate bedroom. The upgrades are very nice. The pool was outstanding, both in size and very comfortable water temperature-it had been serviced prior to our stay and was usable in time for our visit. The people we met in the pool and condo area, both owners and renters, were very friendly. The only negative comment we have is that we had several different "team members" from iTrips in and out of the condo in our first two days to navigate things that either could have been taken care of ahead of the visit, like a broken ice maker and making sure we had the stated, provided beach towels, or information regarding use of items in the condo, (like TV and fan remotes) that could be provided in a book in the condo for guest renters. Otherwise, our stay was relaxing and enjoyable, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the condo and the area.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property in Treasure Island, and let me just say, it truly lives up to its name as a hidden gem on the Gulf Coast of Florida! From the moment I arrived, I was absolutely thrilled with my short-term stay experience. One of the most exceptional features of this property is its location. It's literally steps away from the pristine Sunset Beach, and you even have private access, making it feel like your very own slice of paradise. The convenience of being able to walk right onto the beach whenever you please is an absolute game-changer. Watching the sun dip below the horizon over the Gulf of Mexico is a memory I'll cherish forever. Another highlight of my stay was the fantastic outdoor area where you can have a BBQ and enjoy the peaceful backwater surroundings. It's an ideal spot to gather with friends and family, cook up a feast, and savor the tranquil beauty of the area. The serenity of the backwaters is something you don't want to miss during your stay. The modern condo I stayed in was an absolute delight. It had clearly been fully renovated to a high standard, and the attention to detail was impressive. The condo was not only clean and organized but also tastefully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a day of beachcombing and exploring. The kitchen was a chef's dream, equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. From the cookware to the coffee maker and blender, the condo was stocked with all the essentials. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or just want to whip up a quick breakfast, this kitchen has you covered. The overall experience at this property was simply fantastic. It's the perfect destination for a relaxing getaway, and the combination of a breathtaking location, modern amenities, and a comfortable living space made it an unforgettable stay. I can't wait to return to this little piece of paradise on Sunset Beach. Highly recommended!
