Loved this condo would stay here again and again! Beds were comfortable, it’s updated beautifully & the ice maker and additional fridge storage are such a nice touch. Our third time staying at the Portofino and this was our favorite stay.

Had a great stay. The resort has everything you need. There’s tons of things to do in the area. I’ve stayed at Portifino a few times this Condo is by far the nicest. It has been completely remodeled and upgraded. The view was beautiful and this building is closest to the main building. Definitely will be back to this unit!

We loved this property! The listing was as described- very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. One thing I believe needs attention is the cookware, because the teflon pans are very scratched. We'd stay in this unit at Portofino again... and hope to have stainless cookware in the unit, or bring our own skillets.

The condo was clean and the views were beautiful! Loved the amenities of the portifino and the quick walk to the beach across the street. The location is great! It is a couple miles away from the main action, so it was quiet and the beach areas weren’t crowded. Gave one less star because Portifino required extra papers from the owner of condo or management approving us, which was a little confusing and took extra time to get approval even though everything was completed through VRBO on my end and I was checked in. Also, the doors for the patio don’t latch and lock properly which left me a little uneasy with young children being able to go out to the 13th floor balcony. Overall a great unit and location!

Condo was great. Very clean and well stocked with kitchen ware. Complex was stocked with plenty of things to do. Restaurants on site had variety of food options and tasty. Only downside was TV. Reception was poor and with Olympics going on it was frustrating trying to watch.

This was our second time staying at this property, the last time was almost 2 years ago. While the property is nice it definitely needs some upkeep done on it from 2 years ago. Rugs are really old and dingy, washing machine has mold, faucet in 2nd bedroom leaks, some drawers in second bedroom won’t stay shut and we bought groceries to grill and the grill does not work which would have been nice to know. Also floors were super dirty from the minute we got there.

This condo was absolutely beautiful and had a wonderful view of the beach. The layout was great and the large kitchen allowed for easy cooking and storage of everything. Would definitely rent again!

The Portofino Resort is beautiful and has lots of great amenities. The rental company through VRBO is not great, however. Communication is slow and answers are vague when you get them. You have to call and throw a fit if you want anything taken care of. Examples: the ice maker and washer were full of mold, and both quit working. We contacted the rental company, and they finally came and unplugged the washer on the day before we left. Stay at Portofino, but don’t rent through this company.

Pensacola Paradise Found: Memories Made at Portofino!

Sunsets, sandcastles, and smiles all around! Our family (two kiddos in tow - ages 4 & 6) created unforgettable memories at Portofino Island Resort. The condo was a haven, the pools were endless fun (especially the waterpark!), and the staff made us feel like family. Perfect Pensacola escape for families!

This unit was absolutely gorgeous!! The view of the ocean was spectacular! We got to see the most beautiful sunrises each morning. The design of the kitchen with the stove facing the balcony so you got a beautiful ocean view while cooking. 10 stars!! It was a short walk to the pool, but a bit of a hike to the beach. Overall we loved this place and Will definitely be staying here again.

Excellent view. Loved accommodations for two couples staying together, each with a private bathroom. Maintenance issue handled quickly.None of our keys worked but they arrived quickly to fix it. Stunning condos and views

Views of the gulf were perfect! Kitchen and bedroom renovations were beautiful. Chef’s kitchen. Bedroom build ins make it all feel more open. Guest bedroom has a built in desk if working or studying space is needed.
