Great set up and location. Our room had a view of the the pool and the gulf. The condo was walking distance to both the gulf and the sound. We really enjoyed our stay.

Have stayed at plently of condos over the years and we absolutely loved this unit. When we arrived, the unit was very clean and was fully stocked with everything we needed. We are a foodie family, so we cook a bunch. Kitchen was stocked pretty well, but would reccomend bringing knives from home if you cook a bunch as the ones in unit are not the best. This unit also provides beach chairs and umbrellas for you to use. We had some issues with the coffee pot and fridge not working during our stay. The host had the issue resolved within 24 hrs. Was a great stay with a gorgeous view.

Beautiful gulf and bay view condo. The condo had lots of extras like beach chairs, cooler, beach toys, high chair, pack and play. Easy parking, easy trip to beach via tram (just call for transportation to the front gate) friend broke some toes prior to trip so definitely helped.Otherwise it’s only 8 minute walk to beach. We had several double red flag day so still went to beach but did out swimming back at condo pool which felt like our own pool.We would love to stay again.

It was a great condo overall with great views and amenities. Very comfortable and clean. I would stay there again for sure. The only issue is that I had a challenging time getting a hold of someone for a maintenance issue. It took a few days to receive any response, which I think is way too long.

Unacceptable Cleanliness and Complete Disregard for Guests ​Our stay at Portofino was extremely disappointing due to severe hygiene issues, broken amenities, and non-existent customer service. ​Pest & Hygiene Issues: There were cockroaches throughout the area, alongside visible mold buildup on the shower head. ​Maintenance Problems: The microwave was completely non-functional, and water leaked heavily from the shower area onto the bathroom floor every time it was used. ​Careless Housekeeping: The dispenser bottles were carelessly refilled—shampoo was topped off with conditioner, and conditioner was topped off with shampoo, rendering both unusable. ​Dismissive Staff: When we raised these basic health and maintenance concerns with customer service, the staff showed complete indifference and made no effort to resolve them. ​We expected a clean, functional, and hospitable environment. Instead, we received subpar conditions and zero support. I strongly advise potential guests to look elsewhere.

We loved the condo and had a wonderful stay. It had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, a coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, and just about anything else you might need.We were told that pool towels were not provided, but there were plenty available in the condo. We also found beach chairs and an umbrella in the bedroom closet, which was a nice surprise and made our beach days even more convenient.My only complaint was that when the A/C was set below 71F, the condo developed a slight musty smell. The bath towels also smelled as though they hadn't been dried completely before being put away. We simply rewashed and thoroughly dried the towels and kept the A/C at 71F for the rest of our stay, which resolved the issue.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.
