We had a great time. The host was easy to communicate with. Condo was perfect for us. Only complaint would be the parking deck and elevators!!

Upon arrival, we noticed the lock looked like it had been tampered with, had to turn dead bolt very hard to get to lock. The sheets had a lot of hair on them in bedroom and bunk beds. I washed them before we went to bed. The kitchen and living area was nice and clean. Hair dryers were both broke. Overall was ok but the elevator situation was horrible. Will not return to this property.

We had a great trip. For the price i think the room was great. We bought It is a large hotel with only a few elevators, you have a decent wait for elevators always. The pool and beach were very nice. Bedbathandbeyond.com is s big resort there are a lot of people, but we were generally able to find chairs and a good spot at the beach.

The pool and condo was awesome, the mattress in condo was horrible and the cleanness and services and items for condo was horrible, management was absolutely the worst I have to deal with in all my stays on vacation

We had a great trip! We love the Shores of Panama.This unit was great.The only problem we had was the bathroom off of the main bedroom, the faucet wouldn’t stay where we wanted and would turn all the way up.Simple fix. Other than that everything was great.The condo itself could do something about the elevator situation but it’s to be expected.We will be back for sure.

When we arrived it took us 30 minutes to find the reserved parking spot in the garage because it was not in the check in instructions or information. Each level is out of order as far as numbers so we played a guessing game for a little bit. Check in was easy, however they are under construction, which we didn’t know about beforehand and had to crawl under ladders and workers, extension cords, etc just to get into the front door. Not my best VRBO experience.

Our "Evolve" guest contact was awful- Triston Johnson. We drove over 18 hours to Panama City. I questioned him several times for a code to the condo, he would not give it to me until after 4pm. Finally called him at 5pm at the condo and he finally text it back to me. He did not tell me that I was going to fill out paper work (which could have been done ahead of time- if he told me) at the front desk. I have stayed at many Vrbo's before and had a great time, this was the worst. lights out, broken fire alarm above kids bed, toilet not ancored to the ground just about fell off, hairdryer broke, no pot holders, had to fold the cleaning crews rags in dryer...

I was very pleased with the condo. The only thing, it said was coffee maker, but there was no pot. It did not mention a Keurig, but there was one in the kitchen, but of course i had no pods. Other than that, no complaints!!
