P’Cola Stay

It was really nice. The place is very spacious and comfortable. We didn’t want to leave. Homeowner was friendly and easy to work with. We would definitely stay again in the future. Nice location.

Pensacola quick getaway

We enjoyed the house for our family of 8 during our quick trip to visit nearby family. Beautifully updated and comfortable property. Spacious rooms, plenty of parking, quick and easy to get around town. Thank you!

The house was very clean. The layout of the house is ideal; the kitchen is great for family meals. I liked the carport; it kept the sun off the car. The house is centrally located in Pensacola; close to the beaches, close to many restaurants, and close to Pensacola Christian College where we dropped our daughter off for college. The neighborhood was quiet with nice live oaks.

Fabulous stay

Family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Came down for our daughter’s graduation held on the campus of Pensacola Christian College which was only 5 minutes away. The home was meticulous and very comfortable. Any concerns we had were promptly responded to by Susanna. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Thanks 😊.

ALMOST EXCELLENT

We were very pleased with the conditions of the house overall. Cute, clean, & cozy property.I wish we had known the train ran very nearby and sounded off for the nearby intersection crossing multiple times each night.The master bed was also very uncomfortable. Poor bent framework with a thin mattress. The other beds were nice, but my wife and I slept poorly enough that we opted for a hotel the final night of our stay.

I haven’t typically experienced multiple nighttime train crossings during my own stays, but I plan to check in with the railway to learn more. Clean and felt like home

We all enjoyed the house very much! It was very easy to relax and feel at home! A couple things that surprised us was the step down to the back walk-in closet... One of the ladies didn't see it and fell, twisting her ankle. This should be marked with a small mat or anything to note the step is there. Secondly, the mattresses on the bunk bed are very thin and not good. We also agreed that it should be noted in the description that there is a train that runs through during the night!

Would stay here again!

We hadn’t heard of Evolve previously and discovered this through our Capital One travel card. The price point was great compared to a hotel, especially since we were traveling with our three little ones. The host was amazing and even provided high chairs for us. It was difficult to sort through and find places that were kid friendly stays, but this house was perfect. With the open concept for the living room and kitchen, we could easily keep an eye on the girls and the huge master bedroom allowed us all to sleep in the same room with our babies. We would definitely stay here again and the extra bedrooms in the future will allow the girls to have their own rooms as they get older.
