This was the most beautiful property! Close enough to the water for simple easy access, but far enough not to worry about high tides! Any issues we had were quickly addressed by the maintenance staff and my family had a phenomenal vacation! We will definitely be staying at this property again!

Our first stay on the island and it was everything we could have hoped for and more! The home was spacious and the floorplan was excellent! It was very clean, well-stocked and the location was perfect! Communication with host was great.We will definitely be back!

Fabulous

This was our second stay here because we just love it so much! We love being so close to the beach and having so many bedrooms and bathrooms. The cleanliness is always top notch as well.

Transparent Sea

Absolutely Amazing! Perfect Location! Loved the huge deck on rear. Beautiful Gulf Front Views. Plenty of space for a large family. Great beach front and no crowds. Thank You for the awesome vacation!

Great home layout, right on the beach

The house has a perfect layout with 4 bedrooms - each with their own bathroom. We spent a lot of time on the big patio to view the gulf. The house is literally in the sand right on the beach. We didn’t even need to bring a cooler to the beach as we could be back in the house in less than a minute from our beach chairs.

Lovely Thanksgiving at Transparent Sea

We loved the property! There was a slight issue with the refrigerator but it worked out. We had to buy bags of ice because the ice maker wasn’t working. The office communicated with us quickly. The beds were so comfortable as were the pillows. It was really a wonderful time with family. We would definitely choose Transparent Sea again.

Beach Vacay

We loved this house! The layout could not have been more perfect and would choose it again! Location was perfect! There is nothing better than sitting on the back deck and watching dolphins swim, sun rises and waves lap the sand! Would recommend some updated cookware and adding larger microwave safe bowls. The refrigerator has definitely seen some wear and tear as door shelves were missing and the oven definitely needs a major cleaning. Over all there is absolutely nothing that would keep us from returning! The property management people were angels and took care of all our needs instantly!

Perfect

This is our 3rd year to stay here. Everything about this house and location is perfect for our family. The kids want this same house every year. The adults love it too. The only things I would change is to move the sign of the property to the side of the deck. It is directly in front of the swing and the bunk bed ladders to be easier to use. Not very good for kids. Grandkids (ages 12 & 11) (9 year old refuses to go up there) don’t like using them.
