The Space:
Welcome to your beachfront paradise! Our Punta Nizuc apartment on the 12th floor of Torre Península Cancun’s luxury tower offers a luxurious stay with unparalleled views of the Caribbean Sea and the Nipchupte lagoon.

The luminous open living space offers lots of space to interact together with your vacation crew. You’ll have a gourmet kitchen to whip up culinary delights to enjoy at home. There’s a table with a view that seats 10 to enjoy what you prepared.
With three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, our plush apartment provides ample space for 6 guests. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds, and the third has two double beds.
The complex features an infinity pool overlooking the ocean. You can relax and lounge on the pool deck while sipping cocktails. There’s also beach access with seating and sunning options.

Guest Access:
You'll have full exclusive access to the condo and shared amenities like the seaview swimming pool. Please note, the gym and spa onsite are for owner use only, not for short term rental guests.
The Neighborhood:
The Torre Península is located in the Cancun Hotel Zone in Punta Nizuc. You’ll be very close to Ventura Park and Playa Delfines, 15 minutes from La Isla Shopping Village and about a 10-minute drive to the Cancun International Airport.
Getting Around:
The condo is located at the Torre Península Cancun and is about 9.8 km | 6 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). Please be sure to check your mobile map apps when you arrive, as driving time varies depending on the time of day.
Other Things to Note:
Please take into account that the property is isolated. We recommend renting a car.
The gym and the spa are for the exclusive use of residents.
Remember to pack or bring your bath essentials with you, like soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any cleaning supplies you may need, like garbage bags or paper towels. This stay differs from hotel service. Here, these items are the guest's responsibility. Thank you in advance.
Electricity is included in short-term stays. For long-term stays over 27 days, there is an electricity charge of $6 MXN per kW (according to the meter reading at your arrival and departure).
Daily housekeeping is not available however, if you’d like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.
Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Security cameras are used on the exterior of the property for guest safety and security reasons only.
Keep in mind that in certain seasons of the year, there is sargassum in the sea and the color of the water can change due to algae.
The washer and the jacuzzi at the property are out of order until further notice.
We kindly ask all guests to abide by these HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please respect the pool hours and pool rules at the condominium complex.
Interaction with Guests:
It’s self-check-in using a code to access the complex and a code for the lockbox to get the keys. All the access codes will be provided to you before your arrival.
