The views from the living room and master bedroom and the other bedroom (on the opposite side) all looked over the ocean. The porch was shaded and faced the ocean.

Wonderful family vacation! The villa is spacious with beautiful sights and sounds of the ocean from both balconies.We spent 2 days exploring Puerto Rico (Old San Juan and El Yunque tropical rainforest), and the other days relaxing either by the pool or beach.Lots of restaurants, grocery, and Walmart within 15 minutes of the property. Property itself is secluded and quiet. Great communication with the property managers. Highly recommend!

The listing was 100% accurate. It’s well appointed and the bedding and towels were high quality. The layout was perfect for 1 couple and 3 singles. The mngt co was responsive to our request for a kettle and glass pitcher for tea. The views of the ocean are amazing! It was very, very clean. If stairs are a problem, you might ask this mngt co for other options. While shared, the pool area has many private nooks and is literally across the street.

Holiday celebration

We loved this property! The highlight was the beautiful view of the beach and sea, with gorgeous sunsets. We previously stayed at another condo in Beach Village and this condo was a vast improvement. Condo has updated kitchen and bathrooms. The bedding and towels were high quality (RH towels) for a rental. Kitchen was well-appointed with cookware and utensils. There are several beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, etc. Smooth check-in and check-out. We would definitely stay here again.

Son's Wedding

We stayed a week.....everything pertaining to the villa and location was "Five Star". Power outages and rolling blackouts were nightmares. Thursday and Friday the area had power outages lasting 5hr and 12hr, respectively. Saturday and Sunday a total of 7 rolling blackouts lasting 15 to 45 minutes. Fortunately our unit had a back up generator for basic electric needs. Unfortunately the generator is not hooked up to the air conditioner, micro wave or dryer.

You cannot beat the location

2nd story unit. At the bottom of the stairs, there is an outdoor shower head and the beach entrance. 10/10! The unit had children’s plates and cups, and the pack n play provided was also given brand new bedding. All of the neighbors were so kind, security and condo staff on the grounds were great. This location is also perfect for a short walk to the hotel for a tasty meal, and all of the walking pathways. The view was spectacular, and the unit was easy to child-proof for my busy 20 month old. The generator was GREAT! The few times we lost power, you barely had a moment to notice when it was out. The ceiling fans were awesome and the AC was great and efficient. The property management group is 10/10. Whenever I had a question, I quickly received a reply and when my 6 year old accidentally locked us out, they sent someone over within 5 minutes to assist. A note (absolutely not a complaint) for families traveling with young kids- the floors are all tile like most condos in Palmas. The stairs are also steep- so you may want to get child gates at Walmart (outside of Palmas.) We definitely recommend this listing after staying for 3 weeks. Enjoy!

I came down for my father‘s 80th birthday, with my family of nine. We slept so comfortably the villa had all the things that we needed. The marketplace was excellent. This villa had to supplied all our needs. With the exception of the beach it is a walking beach. You cannot swim there. Everything else was excellent. Thank you so much my family and I had a wonderful time. We hope that when we return, we have this same villa. Thank you, Surfside resorts.

Wonderful location directly on the beach. Unfortunately, the beach was covered in sargassum which is not reflective of this property, but I would come in a month other than June because it seems to be typical for that time of year. We were however able to walk down the beach a couple of days and find a spot that had less sargassum. The condo, property, and pool were very clean. We rented a golf cart for a few days and had so much fun driving around the area! You can rent a golf cart inside the Wyndam Lobby which is just a short walk away. Make sure to check out The Plaza! It offers many great nearby restaurants. On our arrival, we didn't have hot water and we had an issue with the upstairs shower leaking to the lower floor. We also had a power issue the following day, but the staff was very quick to respond and resolve our issues. They were even kind enough to refund us a day for the inconveniences. Overall, my family and I had a wonderful stay!
