Starting on Monday July 13th, 6 the building will begin applying rooftop coatings on the carports. They will tape off sections as work progresses. We ask visitors and owners to park in the front parking area or along the back fence to ensure vehicles are protected. There is a decent amount of visitor parking at Cocoa Beach Towers. They will also be grinding and painting the curbs. The building expects the work to last 2-3 weeks.

Great location, great pool, great beach.

Tennis was great. This place had a bunch of extra beach/pool gear. Thanks for the beach chairs. Bedroom set up was great for our three kids. The condo is in a great location. Super close to restaurants and shopping spots. We loved this place and we will be back soon.

Great location and comfort

New favorite location in Cocoa Beach. Comfortable furniture and beds. Kitchen well stocked. Nice large balcony with clear view to the pool, and relaxing sound of surf. Towel racks in bathrooms and bedroom ceiling fan would be a nice addition.

Relaxing

Conveniently located to everything we wanted. Cozy and very clean, neighbors were very polite. The only thing was when we turned down the thermostat down it would eventually shoot back up to 75. Other than that very nice stay.

Everything was good once the door code issue was resolved and the internet issue was fixed. Also, we had a serviceman just walk in one day saying he was there to clean the furniture. That was a little bit disturbing. He was told we had already checked out.

We’ve stayed at this condo twice now, and it continues to be a great place to stay in Cocoa Beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, making it easy to prepare meals. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the beach, the Cocoa Beach Pier, and several excellent restaurants. We also enjoyed the fun putting green on the property.Our only minor complaint is that the pool closes at 7:30 p.m., which feels a bit early after a day at the beach. Other than that, we highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again!
