Beau condo de 2 chambres à coucher 2 salles de bain dans les Sandcastles recherchés. Seulement à quelques pas de la belle Cocoa Beach ce condo a une vue magnifique sur la plage depuis le balcon. Profitez du magnifique lever du soleil de cette unité qui a été récemment rénové avec une belle cuisine, de nouveaux planchers en bois, de nouveaux comptoirs avec des appareils en acier inoxydable dans la cuisine, de nouveaux lavabos et lavabos dans les salles de bains, des télévisions à écran plat et très joliment meublées. à travers l'unité.

L'unité est située au 5ème étage directement face à la magnifique Cocoa Beach et dispose d'un ascenseur pour un accès facile.

La chambre principale a un lit king size avec une salle de bain privée. La deuxième chambre a 2 lits doubles et une salle de bain privée. Capacité de 6 personnes confortablement.

Great location and wonderful property

This place was awesome, very quiet and very accessible. Being oceanfront is the way to go. The condo was well stocked and when I had a slight issue, the property manager responded very quickly was super helpful and very accommodating and nice.Love this place and look forward to returning.

Yearly highlight!

This was our 3rd visit to Cocoa Beach and our 2nd time staying at this property. Can't say enough good about the property and our overall experience! The property is quite modern and well furnished, convenience to the beach is a breeze, and the chance to sleep with serenaded by the ocean is an annual highlight for us, and all this at a very economical price! Can't wait to return in 2023!

Condo, very nice, attractive decor and layout. What a view, direct view of Cocoa beach, nice. Good beach time right at property. Area: Good vacation location, good food options, liked eco launch at 1000 islands, easy to get to Kennedy Spa e center, Black point drive and nature refuge a bit further but worth drive. Thank You p.s. Maybe an additional towel bar or a glued hanger on back of or behind door.

Great property in Cocoa Beach!

We couldn't be happier with our decision to stay at this property! This property is well furnished with high-end appliances and cooking accoutrements. We ended up cooking-in most nights and absolutely loved the kitchen. Clear and concise directions from the property host at check-in. The beach was perfect and I really appreciated the convenience of grocery store and shopping! This was our first trip to Cocoa Beach but certainly will not be our last! We would strongly recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy this wonderful beach town while easily accessing Orlando theme parks.

Space Coast Gem

By far, the best place we’ve ever stayed when it came to its well-equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture. We did not use the second bedroom, but the King bed in the Master bed was great. Best sleep ever at any of our previous VRBO rentals. The condo was spotlessly clean. We liked the festive décor and loved being high enough in the building to get an expansive view of the beach. The condo complex is well-maintained; it has direct gated access to the beach, a nice pool/hot tub area, and plenty of parking. As a heads up, there is a major construction project underway adjacent to Sandcastle’s North Building. Since we were staying in the South Building, facing the ocean, we were far enough away that we could not hear the noise when we were inside the condo. The roar of the ocean also helped drown out the noise when we had the slider open. We really enjoyed our stay. Should future travel include Florida, we’d love to stay here again.

This is a fantastic property, very clean and with a direct ocean view. We appreciated that there were beach chairs and beach umbrellas on the site, and a coffee maker :-) it was perfect for our family.

Sweet stay at Sandcastles!

Our stay at Sandcastles was fantastic. The host, Mark, was very quick to respond to our questions prior to arrival, and the check in was easy and hassle free. The view and beach access were magnificent and exceeded our expectations! If you are going to be there with more than 2 people I would recommend planning to rent an additional umbrella and a couple of more chairs for time at the beach. Otherwise the host has everything right on site to help make the stay comfortable and time on the beach easy to enjoy. We absolutely loved our time and would highly recommend this experience to anyone considering!

We loved our stay at Cocoa Beach. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed. (even laundry detergent) The owner was very prompt with questions. The best was the view and the balcony. Breakfast and lunch enjoying the view of the ocean. We sat out on the balcony a lot.

Everything we hoped it would be!!

Sandcastles 510 was as beautiful as its pictures. The colors pop and the decor was adorable! It has a balcony overlooking the ocean to watch the gorgeous sunrises. We got to see all the cruise ships out in the ocean. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and appliances which made a week long stay more affordable by buying some groceries and cooking there! As frequent visitors of Florida it’s definitely a home away from home we’ll keep in mind for future visits!!

What a wonderful, relaxing week. Wonderful view of beach activity from the balcony without having to drag all the gear to the beach. We still took walks on the beach though. It was beautiful.

Wonderful Trip

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Sandcastles. We love the location. Quick access to beach and great pool. Condo is than more than adequately furnished and kitchen was well equipped. Also had beach chairs which was helpful. Mark was very responsive whenever we had questions. Would definitely stay again!

Great beachfront experience

Very clean and roomy, beachfront condo. Ideal for family as 2nd bedroom has 2 doubles. Well stocked kitchen & bathrooms, beach gear too. Host was very responsive when I had a check-in question. We had front row seats to the rocket launches. The only thing that would have improved our week was warmer weather. :)

Excellent property

My 12 yr old daughter and I shared this property with my parents who are in their 70’s. It was perfect. Comfortable beds, lots of room for everyone and a beautiful view. Kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed for meal preparation. Mark was great with communication, and we would return to this property.

Great relaxing vacation in Cocoa Beach with only minor issues. Responsive and gracious owner.

First of all, let me say that the owner Mark was wonderful and helpful before and during our stay. The unit itself (510) was clean well stocked with kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies, and even beach supplies like chairs and umbrellas. I'm not sure how old the Sandcastles condos are, but judging from a glance inside a couple of the other units through windows I'm guessing it's been around for many decades. This particular unit has been almost fully renovated with the lone exception of the showers/tubs in the bathrooms, which we appreciated. Though the condo complex is aging, it seemed clean and well maintained. The elevator stayed clean all week as well as the pool/spa and the grounds in general. Now I'll go a few issues we had with the property. These are all fairly minor. The first issue with the property is the poor sound insulation between the floors. There was a notice posted inside the elevator warning about this. Apparently it's due to the "dense concrete". You can literally hear a pin drop from the unit above you. People scooting chairs around is particularly loud. Thankfully, the sound travel seemed limited to actual impact with the floors. We couldn't really hear much in the way of televisions or voices from the units above or around us. If you have an extremely inconsiderate owner or guest staying above you who ignores the warning/notice in the elevator, it could put a real damper on the ambiance. I suspect you could largely or completely avoid this issue if you stay in a unit on the top floor (7). We stayed in the South building, which is a long rectangular shaped building with the short sides running parallel with the beach. The elevator for the South building is on the opposite end of building from the oceanfront units, so to get down to the beach you have to walk the length of the whole building, ride to the bottom, and then walk the length of the building back again. We wish the elevator was more convenient to the beach side, like the North building had. There is only one way in/out to/from the property and no traffic light, so turning left can be a bit of a hassle at the business traffic times. Fortunately the places we went to were to the right. Finally, I think it would be nice if the owner would invest in smart TVs, at least for the living room. We did appreciate the good WiFi and that the (Spectrum) cable service was HD. Great stay overall and will consider this unit again in the future.
