For your added convenience, there is a washer, dryer, cable and internet in the condo. This property rents any 3 nights all season .

Parking: All guests must check-in at the building upon arrival located on the 1st floor. Parking is $100/weekly for the 1st Vehicle. $60 weekly for the 2nd vehicle.
Guests supply sheets, bath towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package includes a sheet set including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Non-smoking/Non-Vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
