Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The backyard was a standout feature, complete with a lemon tree we picked from and a cornhole game my kids loved!! Happy Days in the heart of Guerneville

We enjoyed our week here. The place is well maintained and the beds super comfy. It's a great location - between the coast and wine areas - and walking to restaurants in the town was a plus. Would definitely stay again.

Great house for girls' getaway

The location is fantastic! Walkable to shops, tasting rooms, river and restaurants. Short drive Armstrong Nature Preserve, wineries and more restaurants. The house has a very pleasant outdoor area to hang out.

We had a great stay at Stacy’s place. The house had everything we needed, was right in town, and had ping pong and darts to boot! We’d come back again for sure.

Great location

We recently stayed for about a week and really enjoyed calling this our home away from home. 2 short blocks from the main road with restaurant, shops and bars. The outdoor backyard was nice to sit in the afternoon. Overall, great, comfy place to stay and relax among the redwoods and river!

We were very comfortable with 4 adults and 1 teen ager. The neighborhood was friendly and there were many dining options near. Safeway was in walking distance which was very handy

Mom’s Birthday

My sister, her fiancé and myself took our mom for her 91st birthday. It was an easy walk to downtown area, with good restaurants all around. The house was great, very roomy!

Good location close to beach and downtown

We enjoyed the play room with ping pong table, main house nice and comfy. Only thing to note is the play room downstairs is not attached to main house. Walkable to all that you want and also very close to Armstrong redwood Forest for great hikes!

Perfect for Our Group

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Happy Days and hope to return in the future. There are multiple spaces for hanging out which made it perfect for a rainy weekend - the high-ceilinged living room, where we enjoyed having a fireplace, the large dining table where we played board games, the rec room downstairs where we revived our pingpong skills. It's so lovely to be able to walk anywhere in downtown Guerneville in minutes without driving. We are major fans of Happy Days!

Gurneville Getaway

My partner and our friends stayed at this house for pride weekend. The location was absolutely perfect. We were able to walk everywhere. Loved the back yard and front porch. We were very comfortable.

Summer fun!

We had a great stay at Happy Days! Perfect location for summer and so close to a lot of amenities. My only complaint is the parking. The street was really crowded. Even with that we would stay again.
