Beachfront apartment with direct access to the sea in Benidorm, has 2 bedrooms and has capacity for 6 people.

The apartment is cozy, is very light, and is 60 m². The property is located right next to the beach. It has views of waterfront and the mountain.



The accommodation is equipped with the following items: lift, fenced garden, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), heat pump, air conditioning, communal+children's swimming pool, garage the same building, 1 TV.

In the vitroceramic independent kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided.



-Check-in its done at our office located at Avenida del Mediterraneo 66, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

-Credit/debit card details, will be required as damage deposit, or 200€ instead.

-Check-in from 16:30h (High season from 18:00h)

-Check-out before 11:00h

We just loved our stay! Those photos are actually real! View through windows just spectacular!! Very clean apartment. Comfy beds. Location not the best if you want to walk often to city centre but is not far and easy reachable.

Amazing view's

Amazing view's The mosquito's, because of the location of the apartment its somewhere you'd want the windows open to hear the waves. I would recommend you don't because you get eaten alive . Could really do with some sort of window nets so you have the option of having windows open

Perfect view, perfect location .

Everything about the place was great. The view was awesome. It's right next to the beach as well as being gated. There is only one issue, the table needs to be repaired properly. It slopes.

The view from the window was the most beautiful I have ever seen

The view from the window was the most beautiful I have ever seen. We have a wide car, and it didn’t fit into the elevator to access the garage, but the staff kindly found an alternative parking solution for us, which we really appreciated. The room itself was clean. However, the overall condition of the room needs renovation. The window blind was broken, the walls were scuffed by chairs, the lamp was flickering, and there was mold in the bathroom. The apartment feels like it’s missing a bit of soul - it feels as though you are mainly paying for the view rather than the overall atmosphere!

Amazing break.

Excellent location and that view is amazing! Had everything we needed. Just a few minutes walk up a hill. Nice spacious apartment. Little supermarket a couple of minutes away. Check in and out was easy. We didn't use the pool as the sun wasn't round there until late afternoon. Would definitely use again! Thank you. Nothing really. Maybe an extra bin in the apartment.

A memorable apartment in Benidorm

Nice apartment building which has decent pool facilities and even a pathway down to the sea, we went down there to just bathe, nice shallow water once you get past the rocks. The apartment has all necessary facilities, albeit it is quite limited in regards of kitchen utensils. The view and location however makes up for it by far. The beds are comfortable enough, and we weren't told this so I must mention there is some extra equipment like folding chairs hidden under the bed in the master bedroom. A tiny misunderstanding where the people in charge of bringing new sheets and towels missed several items and didn't pick up the used one as agreed upon. This can happen of course, and I am willing to assume it was a coincidence.

Un total sueño ese apartamento

Un apartamento de sueños 😍 la vista lo es todo , la ubicación está genial, está muy cerca de todo lo que se mueve por la noche en Benidorm,pero una vez dentro del apartamento solo se escuchan las olas del mar , el apartamento súper limpio y todo lo necesario una experiencia maravillosa. Sin duda volveremos . Solo una sugerencia que le pongan aire al cuarto principal ( tenía uno pequeño pero no funcionaba ) El parking si fue un total caos , muy difícil de aparcar por el espacio tan pequeño que hay luego de salir del ascensor, 😕 una lástima para la maravilla de apartamento que es .

Die Lage und Aussicht ist unübertrefflich. Die Betten bequem und es gab warme Decken. Die ist Küche gut aber einzelne Sachen wie Pfannenwender fehlten. Die Heizungen funktionierten. Der Stellplatz für das Auto groß genug aber Achtung, man muss mit dem Auto in den Fahrstuhl der ziemlich eng ist ein und ausfahren. Im Badezimmer gibt es keinerlei Ablagen oder Schränke. Nichtmal Haken für die Handtücher. An der großen Fensterfront zieht es ziemlich rein. Die Wohnung sollte langsam mal renoviert werden und der Sofa ausgetauscht werden.
