This nice apartment of 57 m2 is located in a wonderful lively area of ​​Nice (near Place du pin) with lots of restaurants, cafes and bars. When you live in this apartment, you are close to Nice's wonderful culture with all that it entails, such as museums, the genuine Nice-food, food-and flower markets and the proximity to the sea.The whole apartment has AC and WIFI and it is the perfect holiday apartment as it is located near the port, Place Garibaldi and the old town, Vieux Nice.
The spacious and pleasant balcony of 9m2 faces the quiet yard and there is room for 4 people at the table. From both the bedroom and the living room you have direct access to the balcony.
The well-equipped and practical kitchen has everything needed to cook, such as an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine. At the dining area there is a dining table with room for 6 people. In the pleasant living room there is a sofa that can be unfolded into a sofa bed of 160x200 cm, a coffee table, a TV that has French channels plus some English news and sports channels.
In the bedroom there is a bed that is 180x200 cm, bedside tables and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, sink and washing machine. The apartment also has a separate toilet.
Getting around Nice is easy with the tram or various bus lines that depart from Port Lympia and that is very close to the apartment The Riquier train station is also 10-15 walking distance from the apartment. From here you can take the train around the Riviera such as Monaco, Cannes, Antibes and the Italian Riviera.

Great place to stay in Nice. Restaurants and grocery nearby. Old nice and beach all walkable. Happy to have accommodation with an elevator and air-conditioning in Europe. Host was friendly and helpful.

Loved this spot! My fiance stayed here for 5 nights while exploring the Cote D'azur and this was the perfect place to stay. Walking distance to the beach, train station, and port. Close to great restaurants, bars, and bakeries. The unit was probably the most well equipped apartment we've ever booked. 10/10, would stay again.

We loved our stay at this property. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. We loved the area and all the restaurant options. Everything is within a walking distance, grocery store, phramacy, bakeries etc. We walked to Old Nice everyday and the beach is a fifteen minute walk. Communication with Malin was great. We would definitely stay here again.

“Nice” in Nice!

We really enjoyed our four nights here. The location is perfect to see most of Nice without moving your car. There are great bakeries and restaurants close by. Communication with Malin was easy and she was speedy to respond. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and we also enjoyed the balcony.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a wonderful host who greeted us personally and took the time to show us through the apartment, making us feel right at home. The location truly couldn’t be better—just steps from everything you could want: shops, restaurants, the beach, and public transport.The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully prepared. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking, which was a huge plus. The bedding was very comfortable, and we slept so well each night. One of our favorite parts was the balcony—it was such a lovely spot to enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay in Nice!

This is a prime location to be in Nice. Emails were thorough and Jonas (husband of Malin) met us and explained how everything worked. With a book that explained about restaurants etc. Includes dishwasher, washer everything a kitchen needs. Towels, dish soap, shampoo etc. it is close to Old town, lots of grocery stores, amazing bakery. Pick this place and enjoy

In a great location, within walking distance of the main sights. The flat was very clean and fully equipped thanks to the lovely Molly. Wouldn’t hesitate to come here again.

Excellent apartment in superb location

Great little apartment with a nice terrace. Well equipped and supplied. It's in a brilliant location - near the port tram which goes to the airport. The owner was very kind - flexible in the face of a very delayed flight. Would stay here again for sure.

Wonderful apartment in a vibrant area. Definitely a home from home, with everything you need for an extended stay. Malin greeted us with plenty of useful information about the apartment and the area and was always quick to respond to messages. I can't wait to return.

Well equipped, clean and exceptionally convenient.

We enjoyed our stay in this well organized apartment near the Nice port, No. 2 tram and the Nos. 15 and 600 buses. Walking distance to Old Nice is only 15 minutes. There are many restaurants and grocery shops nearby. Our host was readily available to answer questions.

The perfect apartment in Nice!

What a perfect apartment in Nice! The location is amazing, just steps from everything, and the host is wonderful. The place is so comfortable and well appointed. It also felt very safe and quiet even though it was mere steps away from tons of restaurants and bars! The access to public transportation cannot be beat either. I stayed with my young children (8 and 5) after 3 weeks in Europe already, and it was so nice to be in a place that felt like a home. I will recommend to everyone.

I was working in Nice during the UN Ocean Conference and appreciated how close I was to Port Lympia where the conference was held. This made it so easy to drop off my computer bag, change clothes, grab a snack, or just cool off at the apartment during the hurried schedule of the UN events and official side events. The location is really good for anything near the Port or for Old Nice. The apartment was comfortable and my husband, who joined me and worked remotely from the flat, enjoyed drinking coffee and having our breakfast on the quiet balcony. The facilities were easy to use and very welcome, particularly the washing machine as I was focused on work for the two weeks of our stay and did not have time to go to a laundromat. Malin was exceptionally communicative and helpful and even offered to change our sheets and towels given the length of our stay! I highly recommend!

Very pleasant stay in the centre of Nice!

We had a wonderful week in Nice with our family, two boys, two parents. The apartment is spacious, very clean, well equipped and cosy, situated in the neighbourhood close to the harbour of Nice. From the airport very easy accessible, taking the direct tram line from Nice Airport to Port Lympia. The apartment is safe and very quiet as it is part of a pair of housing blocks with a quiet garden space in the middle. Malin is a great and very friendly host who took her time showing us around in the apartment, making us feel welcome and at home. Our arrival quite late in the evening was not a problem at all. The communication with Malin before arrival was easy and very punctual; she answered quickly to any questions we had. Overall highly recommended! We 'd love to come back. Thank you, Malin!

Week-end prolongée à Nice

3 amis venus pour decouvrir les environs L'appartement est proche des lieux attractifs ( place Garibaldi , Le port , la vieillie ville) et a 10-15 mins de la mer Grand , spacieux et confortable dans une residence privée il offre egalement la possibilité de manger sur son grand balcon ou a l'interieur au frais grace à la clim dans toutes les pieces principales Dans la chambre la literie est plus ou moins correct ... ce qui n'est pas du tout le cas du matelas du salon (matelas trop fin et trop mou) Même s'il est vrai que le canapé convertible offre beaucoup d'espace pour dormir Merci à Malin très gentille et claire sur les explications Elle nous a même laissé du café quelques boissons au frigo , des accessoires de plage et largement ce qu il faut en terme d'accessoires de toilettes. Super enceinte bluetooth pour mettre de la musique dans le salon Globalement le séjour était très bien nous recommandons vivement Je recommande
