Great location and amenities, beach club access was very nice, sling with all the beach toys in the garage...4 min drive to grocery store and shirt walk to community pool. Highly recommended!!!

Beautiful home, great location

We did our first family trip with my sibling and their kids, and this property was perfect. Plenty of beach toys available and in a great location close to multiple nice beaches, restaurants and shops.

Great Family Spot!

This home was beautiful and in an amazing location! So many fun beaches and activities nearby. We had kids ages 4-10 and this home had everything we could have ever possibly needed! Bikes, beach chairs, towels, sand toys, umbrellas, a wagon, coolers, everything! We had a perfect vacation!

Perfect Home Especially for Family

The house exceeded our expectations. We stayed here with the kids (14 month and 4 year old), my parents and brother and everyone had more than enough room. The house was perfect for the kids as well with everything that was provided. Will definitely be coming back!

Lovely location with great ammenities

We had a lovely time with our adult children and their significant others. We had wonderful day trips but loved that we had the pools, hot tubs, gym, and nearby beaches when we came home or wanted a down day. The large open porch was great for both having dinner together and lounging with coffee in the morning. All together a great vacation.

Two big thumbs up for Sweet Paradise

Our family of 6 stayed at Sweet Paradise in February, 2023; we found it an excellent accommodation. The layout of the house gave everybody space, the lanai was perfect for outside dining, and the resort's location (outside the urban area) made it easy to go off to explore more off-the-beaten-track attractions. Sweet Pardise was by far and away our group's favourite spot while we were in Hawaii.

Definitely Heavenly!

The home was really lovely and spacious. We loved the lanai and outdoor spaces and having two master bedrooms made it extra special~ The kitchen was large and wonderfully well equipped, It was an easy walk to the pool area and the adult lap pool and spa were a real plus. The bicycles and other gear in the garage made it easy for us to go to the beach. We had a perfect stay!

Absolute paradise!

We are a group of 6 who decided to come to Hawaii and when we decided to go to the Big Island we were lucky enough to find Sweet Heaven. It is tucked in to a nice secluded part of the resort, the pool was a very short walk from the house. The kitchen was beautiful and very appropriately outfitted. We cooked breakfast and dinner and had no problems. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to the Big Island!!

Aloha Spirit

Can't emphasize enough the perfect fit this house was for TWO families as we navigated our Hawaiian adventure. Terrific amenities and a garage full of gear to get us motivated. At the end of our stay, when we were thrown a "travel curve" the owners went out of their way to assist and we could not be more grateful. Great memories made here and we can't wait to book again.

Wonderful time at Sweet Heaven.

The property was completely as described. We had 6 adults and two children, so each family had their own bedroom and bath. The bikes and beach toys were were appreciated and used everyday. The kitchen was spacious and was stocked with everyday cookware.

Excellent property

We had a family group of 8. The four bedrooms and bathrooms worked perfectly for us. The amenities are excellent. We really appreciated the beach gear (snorkel, beach chairs, umbrellas, toys). The kitchen amenities are excellent- coffee grinder, rice cooker, etc. Location was awesome- walking distance to a nice beach with beautiful sunset views. We loved the Mauna Lani beach club- we went several times.

Great location and nice space

Our week staying Sweet Heaven was really great! The house is a stones throw away from the pool and fitness facilities which was prime with two young kiddos. The open upstairs - kitchen, dining, living room - that opens up to the patio was great for all of us to spend time together. Also, the access to the beach club is fabulous. Management was easy to contact if needed with any questions and they touched base ahead of check-in to make sure I had all of the necessary information and to answer any questions I may have had.

Family vacation

This home has it all! We based out of here and traveled the entire island. It was a great place to come home to each night. The beds were super comfortable and the floor plan was absolutely perfect for three families with children…plenty of room to spread out. Neighborhood was quiet and the garage was well stocked with beach gear, bikes and a pop-up wagon. Close proximity to great beaches (Hapuna and Mauna Kea) but we found the resort beach was quiet and fabulous. Conveniently located near a small market and coffee/smoothie shop. Charlie, the neighbor’s cat was a huge hit for our littles that were missing their own cats at home. Totally recommend this property for your stay along the Kohala coast.

Sweet Villa

It’s a beautiful house & we all loved the layout, easy to cook in & enjoy eating out on the Lani for breakfast or an evening dinner. The house was well appointed but with that being said some items needed replacing such as frying pans, bikes & snorkel gear. The carpets in the bedrooms needed a good cleaning & the pillows were very hard & uncomfortable. We could never leave the down stairs doors open or unlocked when we we’re upstairs because of the foot traffic & golf carts wizzing by the ground level Lani, off of golf path.

We are quite confused at this anonymous review as we don't have record of a stay. Also there is no golf path near the home as it is not even on the golf course. We take great pride in having superb homes that are comfortable and extremely well equipped as evidenced in all the other reviews. We hope you are able to come and stay at KaMilo some day and enjoy one of the wonderful homes.

2 Weeks in Hawaii

We stayed here for two weeks as a family of 10. The check in process and communication was great, all very easy. The house itself and location is fantastic. We had some issues with cleaning, however. Some of the bedroom sheets and towels were dirty and the oven had a layer of oil on the bottom that smoked out the whole upstairs. When we raised these issues with management they were very responsive and accommodating. They brought brand new sheets and towels over immediately. They also offered to come clean the oven, which we declined. In sum, great property and responsive management for issues that inevitably arise with these sorts of things.

Property is well suited for a larger family. There are loads of amenities and it’s well stocked. I chose this property because of previous reviews I had read. I’m sorry to say the cleanliness of the property was not up to par. The floors were dirty and bathroom rugs were extremely dirty. We washed those. Dust on ac vents and ceiling fans was thick. Kitchen cabinets and appliances were covered with finger prints. Found a couple of roaches under kitchen sink. This property would be wonderful if it were given a deep cleaning and carpets cleaned or replaced. I’m sorry I couldn’t leave a better review .

We wish we had been made aware of the housekeeping issues right away as we would have been more than happy to remedy this for you. We have thorough cleans and inspections prior to each stay as well as routine carpet cleaning and pest control treatments, although these things are difficult to keep up on during the peak seasons like the summer. We have a team ready to help and wish we had we been given the opportunity to do so. We are happy that you had a nice stay and hope that your family made lasting memories.
