Brand new apartment located in the Jardines de El Valle, gardens located in the historic center next to the Arab walls. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large living room. Capacity for five people. It has a nice jacuzzi on the roof that can be enjoyed without limitations and helps to enjoy some moments during your trip in a different way.
The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, and sheets, blankets and duvets. Furnished with care and functionality, it has a Smart TV, free Wi-Fi internet connection and powerful hot-cold air conditioning.
It is located on the outer edge of the historic area, next to the old Arab walls and in the well-known Jardines del Valle, a romantic garden located right in the center. The neighborhood is familiar and very safe and has all the necessary services for daily life: shops, supermarkets, transport... The apartment is so nice and modern. There’s a supermarket right across the street. And the building is super quiet and new. Really enjoyed my stay here and hope to be back.

Great apartment in a good location. 15 minute walk to the centre. Lidl across the road and good bar just under the apartment. Very comfortable beds, sofa bed was great for our teenaged son. Easy to pick up the key and easy to contact host to help with the checking in.

The apartment was clean, spacious and had reasonable amenities. The location was central enough for a 20-25 minute walk to Barrio Santa Cruz, but away from the crowds, and was close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Just a heads up that communication took place on WhatsApp rather than through VRBO as preferred by the host, so be sure to have it downloaded. Also, the keys are accessed from a lock box less than a block from the apartment.

Beautiful apartment and super convenient to explore Seville on foot. We were a 25min walk to the downtown historic sites and shopping. There's also a good grocery store close by to grab whatever we needed. Couldn't have asked for a better spot to explore Seville for our group. My brother even said the pullout couch was comfy for sleeping on 4 nights. The shutters in the living room also shut out all street noise and made it even more comfortable for sleeping. There's city parking 4min walk from the apartment which we found convenient to just leave the car. Was a bit pricey (about 20 per day) but safe and close.And Maria was a super helpful host, easy to communicate with and the place was very clean.

Enjoyable Stay in Seville

Very nice place to stay in Seville. The apartment was clean, well equipped and as described. Very convenient for bus routes into the city and close to the train station. There's a Lidl supermarket just across the road, a bar/restaurant just next door with friendly serving staff and good food, and many other eating places within 10 or 15 mins walk. Good communication from the owner. No complaints at all.

Modern, clean and comfortable apartment

The apartment was very nice and very comfortable for my husband, adult son, and myself. The listing said there was a washer AND dryer, however there was no dryer, only a washer, in case that's important. But they had a drying rack that we were able to use. Another thing we encountered was that there wasn't a hair dryer or ironing board when we arrived which we let them know about. They did respond right away but unfortunately they weren't able to bring those items that day so we ended up going across the street to the grocery store and bought a hair dryer which we needed to use the next morning as we had to leave early for a scheduled tour. They did bring those items the next day while we were on our tour. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and our time in Seville.

Appartement très bien situé pour visiter le centre-ville le quartier ancien ainsi que les Setas mais le salon est très très bruyant car il donne sur la Ronda à grande curculation (ne pas utiliser le sofa pour dormir car cette piece donne sur la grand route par contre les chambres sont tres tranquilles et bien equipees)Par contre, de nombreux commerces au bas de l’appartement

Schönes, modernes Appartement

Eine tolle Wohnung, für eine Anreise mit Auto super gelegen, da es ein Parkhaus in der Nähe gibt. Die Bilder der Anzeige sind sehr aussagekräftig! Alles modern und von hoher Qualität. Die Schlafzimmer liegen total ruhig zum Innenhof hin. Wir würden wiederkommen!
